„We had an amazing early check in so we could attend the matinee at the Majestic. A room wasn’t quite ready so we had wine and a snack at the bar. The receptionist brought our room key to us when the room was ready and had our luggage sent to our room, We have been staying at the Valencia since it first opened and were rewarded with a room upgrade and a bottle of wine. Moe, one of the bellmen always makes sure all is well for us. .“

„Currently there is a construction site in front of the hotel. Luckily, I had a room directed to the pool area inside, so the construction site didn't affect me. Sweet, old hotel ... a lot of history! And just a hop away from Alamo and Riverwalk!“

„Great property connected to the Convention Center“

„The hotel is very convenient to attractions and restaurants, pool and beach annexed to property. The staff was courteous and quick to respond to needs. The only down side would be the parking as spaces were not always available in front of hotel later in the evening and parking across the street was nice as an option but not great for older persons needing to walk from car to hotel. The bathroom shower did flood out after a shower due to the shower curtain not positioned to cover to floor. But ...
