„Or 3 day stay was perfect. We lucked out and had the entire place with no neighbors except later on our last night. We grilled steaks on the grill, played dominoes, and relaxed. We brought a laptop to watch movies at night and used our hotspot that had a great cell signal. Amazing views! Will stay again! “

„We LOVED the location. Beautiful peaceful views and set up well for a large group. We were in town for a baseball tournament. It was only about 18-20 minutes to Rocker B and was a very nice reprieve each night from the chaos of the days on the fields. We really enjoyed the large grassy area by the river for practicing pop flies and spent a good amount of time in the early mornings and evenings listening to the birds with a river view. „Great location for a work trip with peers. We set up shop at the dining room table all day, but we were able to take our meals outdoors and enjoy the beautiful setting. The outdoor space was our favorite.“

„This property is amazing! This property was perfect for my family’s lil getaway from the cute house all the way to the massive dock. My family spent most of our time fishing and jumping off the dock. Great location and nice cove. “

„Our lodging at Palo Pinto Lake was a comfortable, scenic, clean, and quiet weekend getaway that that delivered the peace and joy we were hoping to experience. It’s a place we want to return and plan to pick another weekend getaway before year’s end.“

„Pros: 1. Great Access to the water 2. Store close by with onsite food 3. Boat Launch and 3 separate docks for boats, gas and fishing... 4. Cabins have basics, TV, microwave, coffee maker...and a iguana light in the bathroom in case you have jaundice... Cons: 1. Walls are paper thin, you can hear everything from both sides of you..if people talk, the TV, etc...everything..be warned..take ear plugs.. 2. Internet barely works in your room, Cell service barely works in your room (Verizon) 3. Beds ...

„Everything about our stay was phenomenal! The host, Brent, gave us tips before our stay, after I messaged him, which he was quick to respond, on what type of bait to bring for fishing. Even while we were there he stopped by to ask about our fishing and catches and if we needed anything. Told us about a place to go hiking. The house was clean, everything was quiet, it was just what we needed! We will be returning. “

„This was a very cute place and very secluded. We were there for a wedding so didn't have free time to venture around much. Advise you to get there in the daylight as it is very dark driving on the road to the house. We would definitely stay here again.“

„House was great! Road to get to the house is a little rough. We love PK lake. Only negative was trying to get the code to the house. Didn’t receive it until we drove around so we could find cell phone service and paid extra for my retired service dog. I have never had anyone make that a process before giving me a code. “

"Cleanliness was not up to expectations. The bathroom was ok but after housekeeping came in the second day, the carpet still had the same dirt on and the window sill sported a thick layer of dust. This hotel is pet-friendly, floor 2 absolutely reeked of ‚wet dog‘. We were on the 4th floor, I just noticed the smell on the 2nd when I used the guest laundry. Staff was very friendly and helpful, also when the guest washer broke down. Breakfast was very good, lots of warm and cold items to choose from. Our room faced the parking lot. Every night, thousands of birds gathered in the trees and made a lot of noise most of the night. This is clearly not the hotel‘s fault, but be aware, ask for a room facing the pool or bring earplugs."
