„The hotel is located at a convenient location in Thane in close proximity to Viviana mall. It is super clean and the staff is extremely helpful. The food is excellent also. The only reason for not giving them a 10/10 is that they need to take care of their shower situation. The water keeps switching between hot and cold. This was not just a one time situation as we rented several rooms at different times. We reused the issue to the hotel staff who denied knowing the issue. Will definitely be ...

„Hotel location was good. Rooms are reasonable. Probably due to occupancy we were allowed slightly early, that is appreciable. Room hygiene is ok but extra bed was sub standard. Standard rooms are are not big enough for Triple occupancy. Management need to isolate smoking rooms. The smell is very intense in the corridors. Breakfast was neither too good nor bad.
