„The clientel of this place is rough. I had not been in my room 5 minutes when I heard people outside yelling the F word at each other more than ten times. Through the night I heard angry shouting matches and one fight. The room was in bad shape. Patches on the wall that had never been painted, a broken light switch, cigarette burns on the furniture, rusty vents in the bathroom, etc. I must say that the linens were clean and the bed and pillows were not bad. The staff was not unfriendly to me but ...

„Hampton Inns never disappoints! My husband and I were driving a long distance home over the holidays from visiting family. We needed an overnight stop, but wasn’t sure where that would be so we specifically looked for a Hampton Inn when we were ready to stop. As always, the staff was super friendly, the rooms and common areas were extremely clean and comfortable, the amenities perfect for our needs and more importantly, we felt safe. “

„Our stay at the Wilhite house was wonderful. Nick and Pepper are incredible hosts who make you feel right at home. The house itself makes you feel like you are going back in time . They have done an amazing job restoring a home built in 1850, and their hospitality is second to none. We will stay here again when we return to the area“

„This place was huge, extremely comfortable, and an easy place to spend a week. The cigar smell is most noticeable in the hallway and really isn’t bad in the unit in my opinion. Some noise, but nothing too crazy. There are a couple maintenance issues, but the hosts were very responsive About everything. Great location in adorable downtown Anderson near shops and restaurants.“

„Bugs/ moldy coffee in coffee pot/ mouse poop in every cabinet/ broken pots n pans/ sticky dirty silverware and dishes in the cabinets- dirty dishes in the “broken” unusable dishwasher-moldy coffee in coffee pot- when we checked in and after the owner came… NOT cleaning a thing! WiFi spotty and not usable- The pool area/ Absolutely disgusting/ dirty- greasy areas from not being cleaned in months- broken items clear taped back together- the entire theatre room taped together- spare bedroom opens ...

„The property was cute and the owner was friendly and messaged me back right away. However the first night the neighbors behind were pulling a trailer up and down the driveway from midnight to about 2am so it was very difficult to sleep. Overall it was a good experience. “

„Firstly this cottage is lovely and is as seen in the pictures. Everything was fine but the only issue is where it’s located. The town of Anderson appears to be trying to rejuvenate but it’s got a ways to go. The house is located within walking distances of restaurants. Unfortunately the house next door is unoccupied and the street could be better but saying that we encountered no issues and were safe. When the town improves, this will be a lovely place to stay.“

„We had the pleasure of staying in this lovely bungalow for our Thanksgiving celebration with our family. The house is very near the university and this location was ideal. We were able to prepare our full Thanksgiving feast in the well appointed kitchen and dine in comfort in the generously large dining room. The house is older but has been totally updated with modern baths and kitchen. We really appreciated that it still had some of the vintage charm. The hosts were fantastic communicators, ...
