„This home is perfectly perched at the top of the hill for stellar sunrises and sunsets which we loved. Well appointed, had all the cooking supplies we could need. Hot tub was a great perk. Only thing to keep in mind is the house can take a while to heat up in the winter in sub 30 degrees so just be sure to run that and the fireplace immediately at check in and you’re good to go!“

„We loved our stay in Underwood! The house was super clean, kid friendly, and the kitchen was very well stocked! The kids enjoyed playing games from the game closet and sledding in the yard. The property is very private, but conveniently located just a few minutes from White Salmon and Hood River. The owners are communicative and accommodating. Absolutely recommend this home for a family getaway! We visit this area often and will definitely be staying here again!“

„There may not be a ton of options in Goldendale, but even if there were, I would pick this house every time. Incredibly clean, easy walking distance to downtown, very comfy beds, well stocked with everything we needed (and more), beautifully decorated, and terrific communication with the owner. I can't say enough good stuff about this house and would highly recommend it. 10/10 “

„My daughter and I stayed here while participated in the 2024 Columbia Gorge Marathon (her) and half (me). This was the perfect “home” to base from. Close to the event, but not right in the middle of it all. In fact the marathon course passed right by it. The location was very clean and stocked. The beds were also comfortable and well appreciated. We would absolutely stay here again. “

„This property was perfect for our party. We walked downtown for meals and the race. The beds were comfortable and there was plenty of space for our group of four but will accommodate more. The communication with host was great. Others have mentioned the temperature control issues. It must have been fixed because we had no issue. Doors and stairs were squeaky. “

„We came to Hood River to visit and spend Thanksgiving with our daughter and husband. The location was easy to access, close to their home, and downtown. The place was warm and cozy for our needs. „Incredible location. Description does not give it enough justice. Home is older (this did not bother our group — we were there to hike and bike. The view from the deck is amazing. Decoration is very ecletic, this also was fine with our group. Kitchen very well stocked. Only issue we had was a dirty air fryer — I do not see this as the facult of property owner — a guest probably pused and placed back in cupboard. (Not cool). “

„What a wonderful place to stay to relax at the Columbia River Gorge. We stayed 5 nights and where thrilled by the location and the house with a fully equipped kitchen and this large veranda you could sit endlessly to enjoy the view. The beds were ok and the bathroom was good.. the communication with the agent was easy and proactive. Air I was ver effective. The noise from I 84 is not a problem , neither the trains. We slept well at night. In the serious a shelf rather than hangers would be nice.“
