„The front desk staff were so welcoming and informative!! Very nice. The lobby had fresh fruit water available every day. Very delicious. Each day we had vouchers for a beach umbrella and chairs. So nice not to have to bring them to the beach. They set them up and no worries. Overall great place to stay !“

„Came in for two nights for a concert. Great location in a not-too-crowded area, but convenient to everything. Room was clean, everything looked fairly new and it was close to the beach. My only negative was parking was super tight and limited and they charge $30 for parking, but otherwise a good stay.“

„Property was exactly as listed. Owner was kind and courteous. 20+ min drive with moderate traffic to the beach. The wetlands off the back porch are beautiful and provide a cool breeze at night. Only drawback there is the AC unit is on the porch and very loud when it’s running. Plenty of space for two families. We had a great time with family/friends, tons of things for kids of all ages to do on the property.“

„The condo was great for a week stay! Small and cozy for three people. Beach was just steps out the front door. We loved the balcony. Breezy and quiet and we spent many hours with coffee or cocktails. The small shower was the only negative to our entire stay. The kitchen was fully stocked. Being so close to board walk and restaurants meant we didn’t need to drive anywhere for the entire week.“

„We had an awesome time at Bethany Beach in the Sea Colony community. There were a ton of activities for the kids to do and we had a blast. It was a very clean and safe environment. The condo was beautiful and a great space for us to spend family time. The view from the condo was amazing and my family and I enjoyed it very much. I would highly recommend!“

„The property was great and exactly as listed. The check in and out process was incredibly easy. Everything was clean and in great shape upon our arrival. We loved our stay and had a really wonderful time. The only complaint is that the two twin beds are truly one of the most uncomfortable beds I’ve ever slept on.
