„It takes over than one hour to get some towels because there was no towels when we arrive .. and to open the extra bed after 8 calls and several msgs .. and the reception wasn’t friendly at all .. our stay ways only for 8 hours but it wasn’t good at all “

„Es ist ein wundervolles Hotel mit einer super schönen Aussicht, tolle Anlage. Alles sehr sauber und die Aussicht aus dem Zimmer ist atemberaubend! Die Mitarbeiter*innen sind stets bemüht alle Wünsche zu erfüllen, freundlich und respektvoll. Das Essen war lecker, der Pool immer sauber und das Meer auch! Tolle Zeit, wir kommen wieder!“

„Sehr gute Lage, alles ist in wenigen Minuten erreichbar. Ein Spaziergang in der Umgebung bietet viele Cafés, Restaurants, Einkaufsmöglichen, etc. Das gesamte Personal ist extrem freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Zimmer wurde täglich sehr gut gereinigt und Wasser wurde uns immer nachgebracht. Auch das Frühstück ist umfangreich, es ist für jeden etwas zu haben.“

„they would call themselves a luxury hotel but that time has long been gone. the people at the reception seem uninterested and everything takes forever, the breakfast was horrible and all day the same (choose out of two options). the room was big and mostly clean but they would not clean the rooms daily. sometimes they took a dirty towel but would not leave a new one instead. best thing was the pool“

"All in all, it was the best vacation since very long. We had a wonderful time from the first second we arrived, till the last minute. The food, the beach, the pool, the rooms everything was just great. But what we liked most, was the staff. Roula was also always so nice and would have done everything for us. In every section it was so friendly, kind, attentive and we felt so loved. Every wish came true. Safa was so nice, friendly at every time and she is a sunshine! I could call so many more names, because everyone was so nice"
