„A very forthcoming staff assigned an apartment w/ beach view to us upon a late check-in. Rooms were large and clean. Beds were proper and comfortable. Kitchen was sufficiently equipped. But taps of sinks and lid of toilet have been loose..... Maintenance does not seem to be a high priority, because when I reported after moving out, nobody seemed to be interested in details.“

„What a fantastic find! Beautiful, quiet, relaxing, spacious, clean. Easy walk to wide-open and gorgeous beach. Nearby shops and restaurants were great. Staff were super friendly. An easy drive from Gold Coast airport, far enough away from the crowds of Gold Coast and more secluded than Byron Bay. Never mind, it was horrible. Dont go so that it stays an unspoiled secret.“

„As it was our first time at Hastings point it was lovely to find the apartment as stated on the web It was clean, specious and had everything you needed. We were close to a lovely restaurant Ripples, only a 5 minute walk which was lovely not to have to use your car after a long day travelling. I will definitely be back, great location.“

„Situated in the beautiful Mantra Resort, but because the unit was privately rented out, the cleanliness was very average!! Dirty towels had been left in the washing machine, vacuum was full of dirt, bin in kitchen was filthy, toilet was filthy, shower also dirty. internet didn’t work !!“

„We stayed in the 2 bedroom Penthouse Suite and it was very nice and big but when we arrived the airconditioner hadn't been turned on and the room was very hot and stuffy. There were ants on the kitchen benches and in the jug....I know an Australian Problem.
