Affordable luxury, modern spacious home, we have 3 bedrooms themed after the town squares!

Walk to the Nancy Lopez course/restaurant. We have one of the largest corner lots in The Villages.

Outdoor seating, heated saltwater private pool with a huge bird cage/screen enclosure.
Our kitchen is fully stocked for cooking, the home is spotless clean, well appointed and modern with little luxuries that will surprise you.

We are half way between Spanish Springs and Lake Sumpter. Easy cart ride to eat, dance, shop, golf, & more! # memories

The Perfect Spot!
We came as a family to golf and enjoy the sunshine and the pool after our games. Perfection! The home is exactly as advertised , actually better - so well stocked with lovely touches - with easy instructions for check in and out - and a real property owner to deal with - not a management company.

Everything You Need!
Very well maintained modern Villa! Every appliance or amenity needed at your fingertips from a Grayco pack-n-play to a Roomba and all top of the line quality! The golf cart was very nice with upgraded seats and arm rests! It was very fast as well making a much quicker commute to your destination!

Fantastic home in the Villages
Kim/Dave are superb owners! Everything at the house was like new—pots/pans, kitchen utensils etc. The outdoor space was much larger than we expected. Pool was heated & very clean. Outdoor furniture was very comfortable & many lounge chairs. Indoor furniture was just as comfortable. The neighborhood was very quiet yet many neighbors said hello while we walked around. This was the nicest home we have rented with Vrbo. We have already booked again for next year. Location was perfect for us—Spanish springs, lake sumpter landing & brownwood squares are all very close. Communication with Kim/Dave was always answered quickly —this is a must rent home. House Cleaners even found my iPad & Kim called me immediately—these owners are honest & trustworthy!!!

This is the perfect home to enjoy some relaxation! The owners went above and beyond to make sure our stay was perfect. Perfection
Coconut Grove was just perfect for our five day family stay. Kim and Dave were very responsive whenever we had any questions. The house was completely updated, clean and well furnished. The pool was a great spot to hang out and cool off in the July heat. The Nancy Lopez neighborhood was conveniently situated to many amenities by car or the optional golf cart. We will definitely be back when we next visit the Villages!

My family traveled to Florida to help good friends build a barn on their new farm. It was terribly hot and exhausting work. Returning to the absolutely beautiful and comfortable house every night was the only thing that got us through!! The place is really amazing!! The pool was perfect, bed so comfortable, the kitchen was so well stocked, even coffee and spices and things!! We can’t say enough good things about it! And now that our friends are there we will be back… a lot!!!

The home was welcoming with all the modern amenities. Well stocked with all the essentials. Comfortable bedrooms, spacious bathrooms. Open floor plan, great kitchen with plenty of seating. The Villages Vacation
Perfect location as we have family i. The area. Last year we did Disney and stayed at a resort. This year we wanted beach adventures. We were 1.5 hours to the gulf beaches as well as 1.5 hours to the Atlantic side. House was perfect and very spacious for all of us. Kids loved the pool. Kim and Dave were easy tocommunicate with. Beautiful place to stay with everything you need and then some. This home is very comfy and clean. Very modern and well stocked. The pool and back patio area were very relaxing. Staying in the villages is wonderful. There is all types of shopping, restaurants and entertainment available. We downloaded the villages gps app for a small fee. This helped us not to miss out on anything nearby. Would definitely stay here again. Thank you for giving us the opportunity for a great vacation!
