„Be aware that there is on street parking that requires a permit from the city of Wilmington. Red Awni ng worked with me to resolve the issue but it took some time and a few texts to make it work.The on street parking placed me a block and half from the propery. No cost but need proof of renting the space. The GPS sent you down a one way street that does not bring by the front of the property. This was a problem finding the property after dark. „We have stayed many many times over the last 10 years at the Inn at Montchanin Village and have always loved it for its unique charm and wonderful location. In recent stays we have noticed that it is in need of an overall interior renovation. Lampshades are torn, windows don't close, and fabrics are worn. We do hope that the owners will breathe new life in this little treasure.“

„Lovely serene spa-like accommodations. We reserved Springhouse 2. The in-room fireplace was a nice feature. The bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was delicious. I had the pumpkin pancakes which were light and tasty. Staff and service very pleasant. I would stay here again. The Christmas decorations were tasteful and charming.“
