„The elephant court is a comfortable and beautiful 5 STAR Hotel that meets all expectations. It has clean rooms, pools, entertainment program, fitness and health areas, a good restaurant and is located in walking distance to the Periyar National Park. The WiFi didn't work well, unfortunetely and while kids are considered children up to the age of 17 on expedia, but not in the hotel, we had to pay extra for my younger brother there. „We had a great experience staying at the hotel which was a perfect base for a few days exploring the area. Hotel set on top of mountain with great views, and facilities including lovely gardens and plants, an infinity pool and great restaurant with outstanding service. Paid a bit more for a larger room with a balcony. Excellent restaurant and menu with cookery and tea demonstrations. Delicious breakfasts and dinners supervised by chef Ram and attentive team of dedicated and helpful servers.“

The bathroom door was squeaky and the bright air conditioning light would not turn off with the remote. I also strongly recommend the management to consider putting some contrast strips on stairs.
