Saham Grove Hall is a grand 9 bedroom Victorian property, which sleeps 22 people. It is packed with original features, open fires, pool table, hot tub, tennis court, games room and a dining table that comfortably seats 20 people.

The house is situated down a long private driveway, and surrounded by 4 acres of beautifully kept gardens and grounds - more than enough space to entertain the whole group with garden games and even a spot of tennis. Additionally, Saham Grove Hall has a hot tub to help soak away the stresses of everyday life.

The house backs onto a farmyard, which is a work arable farm and hence there will be some background noise at peak times such as Spring and harvest.

Saham Grove Hall is perfectly nestled within the Norfolk countryside, allowing for relaxation and unwinding with your friends and family. Saham Grove Hall is approximately 30 minutes from Norwich and under an hour to Blakeney Point on the North Norfolk Coast - the perfect spot for seal watching! For the more adventurous, Thetford forest is approximately 20 minutes away, offering countless long walks, mountain biking and even some high rope courses.

Great house for large family gathering. A bit tired in places. Bathrooms could do with updating but perfectly adequate. Lots of hot water and warm house. Well equipped and nicely decorated for Christmas. Great spaces so not on top of each other.

Amazing property!
We had a great time at Saham Grove over Christmas. The house was perfectly clean and well equipped with everything you could need. The decorations were lovely and made the house so cosy. The hot tub was great and the canopy even sheltered us from the rain! Only complaint is that we didn’t book another night! Would highly recommended this property.

Blown away by the size of the property, beautiful Christmas decorations throughout the downstairs. Cleanliness on the service was brilliant, huge bedrooms and bathrooms and a lovely arrival hamper. Only issues were some old pizza found in a bedroom draw, the heating took a day or so to get your head around and the electric tripped on a couple of occasions This however did not spoil our stay, we made full use of the grounds, tennis court and hot tub Thank you for allowing us the use of your home for our first Christmas as a family in 3 years We would love to do it again x

The perfect venue
Saham Grove Hall is a fabulous building set in beautiful grounds. The many bedrooms easily accommodated our 22- person stay to celebrate a family birthday. Each room is well-presented with character in every room. There is ample space inside the house for everyone to relax with two lounges, a games room and a huge dining room for everyone to enjoy dinner together. The kitchen is also spacious and well fitted with ovens and hobs for preparing food. If the weather is kind, the grounds can be explored and even the tennis court provides a place to enjoy the sport away from the main house. A real gem of a place to get away from the hustle & bustle of daily life and the perfect venue for a family celebration or get-together.

Getaway with friends
We had booked this property for a holiday with a large group of friends. The communication with Olivia, the owner was fantastic from the get go. She responded to all queries via email so promptly. On the day of arrival, we were greeted by the manager who walked us around the property. It was such a warm welcome and he had even stocked us up with some essential food items which was such a lovely touch. The property was so clean especially considering the size of it. We had travelled with 11 young children and the huge gardens was a god send as it entertained them all day. The only negative to this property is the noisey doors and no locks on the bathrooms! With such a large party, we had to think of ways to prevent any embarrassments in the shower!

Beautiful country estate
Very pleasant booking and communication process. Olivia and the property manager were helpful throughout our stay. There was an issue with the hot water but it was attended to right away. Definitely recommend this house for large groups as it has a great kitchen and very spacious rooms.

Great family stay
We booked for a week for a large family break. It was perfect for us, catering for everyone from a 4 year old to 80 year old. Loads of well thought out garden zones and all well kept which we enjoyed. Great dinning room allowing us all to have dinner together. Games room was continually used, keeping both young and old entertained. Overall communication with Olivia was great and fast responses. We would highly recommend this place to others.
