„Service für ein TAJ Hotel katastrophal, man kann mehr als 15 Minuten da sitzen ohne beachtet zu werden, das Personal ist mit sich selber beschäftigt (am Handy, tratschen etc.). Auch nach einer Reklamation beim DutyManager hatte sich die Situation in den nächsten Tagen nicht gebessert. Am schlimmsten ist der Service im Bait Sea Food Restaurant, jeden Tag war was anderes nicht erlaubt, an einem Tag "durfte" man draussen essen, am nächsten wieder nicht. „Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit Balkon mit Blick auf das Meer. Das Zimmer selbst war sauber und geräumig. Das Badezimmer hätte mal wieder eine Renovierung nötig, war aber ok. Das Hotel selbst erscheint etwas älter. Von der Lage her etwas abseits gelegen, dadurch aber angenehm ruhig. Im "Restaurant" wurden wir strikt von den indischen Gästen getrennt, gleichzeitig aber sehr zuvorkommend bedient. Das Essen im Restaurant empfand ich als etwas überteuert. Alles in allem ein gutes Hotel, welches ...

„Average stay, though resort is good, maintenance needs improvement. Restaurant is managed by average, uninterested uncaring BOYS, who are not oriented towards customer care. Food too rich, though decently priced. Menu is limited. Buffet spread ordinary. Cleanliness needs a lot of improvement. Room maintenance average, water in bathroom was not clean enough, blankets old, needs replacement. Pool is good, children enjoy. Ambience is good, Spa is good, offered good discounts..Travel to and fro is ...

Swimming pool in need of renovation Room not cleaned in 4 days No toilet paper Generally dirty and grubby The fridge we requested on arrival was delivered a day later, but they turned it of every day We were booked in for 15 nights but left after 4. „Das Resort wurde extra wegen des Schwimmingpool gebucht. Der Pool konnte in den 3 Tagen unseres Aufenthalt nicht benutzt werden..Der Pool war dreckig, mit Algen versehen, nur halb gefüllt mit Wasser. Baustelle am Pool. Wir wurden immer wieder vertröstet. Heute abend ist alles o.k. Der Monteur kommt gleich. Wird gleich gereinigt.......usw. dem war aber nicht so.“
