„The hotel is located in a beautiful setting. The suite was very neat and comfortable, staff was friendly as well. I loved the fireplace which was so easy to handle! On the contrary I was unlucky to be located next to a private tenant who started construction works at 8.30 am, making it impossible to linger any longer in the suite. However, my complaints were immediately addressed by the management and they made sure that the works did not bother me again on the next morning. That was remarkable ...

„Our family of 4 stayed at the Abbott Brook in the Chalet B and it was the perfect place to stay. The chalet was well stocked, clean and very cute. The host Richard was fantastic to work with as his responses were quick and pleasant. The location is perfect for those wanting to go to Cranmore Mountain and visit North Conways main drag. We booked the weekend to enjoy so quiet time, went to the pool house a few times for the hot tub (inside and out were both lovely) the only issue was we had was a left over food snack we found on the floor in the bedroom.
