Familienfreundliche Hütte am Fluss - Perfekt für kleine Familien!

Diese Eigenschaft gibt Ihnen viel Privatsphäre, um die Geräusche des Flusses auf der "Rolling River Ranch" zu genießen! Diese Hütte ist nur drei Meilen von der Stadt entfernt, aber es fühlt sich an, als wären Sie stundenlang von der Stadt entfernt. Wir sind weniger als 16 km vom Eingang des Sequoia-Nationalparks entfernt.

Es gibt eine große überdachte Veranda, die einen großartigen Platz bietet, um nachts zu sitzen und Sie vor lästigen Flugwanzen oder zu viel Sonnenschein während des Tages zu schützen. Der Hof ist groß und flach mit einfachem Zugang zum Fluss oder sogar ein großartiger Ort für Frisbee oder ein bisschen Fußball oder Softball werfen. Trinken Sie ein Glas Wein, grillen Sie, schwimmen Sie im Fluss, lesen Sie ein Buch, tun Sie alles, was Sie wollen, um Ihren Urlaub zu genießen ... Nun, fast alles!

Der Fluss ist jahreszeitlich bedingt und der Wasserstand ändert sich im Sommer. Schauen Sie sich daher die verschiedenen Fotos an, die das ganze Jahr über unterschiedliche Niveaus zeigen. Wir haben in der Regel bis Ende Juli bis Anfang August reichlich Wasser. Reservierungen für August oder später können den Wasserstand erfragen, bevor eine Reservierung vorgenommen wird.

Die Sterne sind unglaublich! Vergiss nicht nachzuschauen! Du bist nicht mehr in der Stadt ....

Die Hütte hat einen Hauch von Zuhause gemischt mit dem Gefühl "Hütte im Wald". Dies ist eine Kabine mit zwei Schlafzimmern und einem Bad, die auch ein Ausziehsofa für zwei weitere Gäste bietet. Wenn das Sofa nicht für Sie ist, fragen Sie einfach nach der Queen-Size-Luftmatratze, wir haben immer eine zur Hand.

Wir bieten WiFi an diesem Ort an, aber es ist NICHT DSL und ist etwas langsamer als in der Großstadt, aber es steht Ihnen zur Verfügung! Wir bieten auch keine Telefonleitung an. Loved staying at this quaint little cabin along the river. The river view and sounds were so beautiful and relaxing. We had enough space for a family of four. The beds were comfortable too. Thank you for helping to make our trip a memorable one! We would definitely come back to stay.

Vacation Cabin along the Sequoia
Our family loved the cabin location. Our favourite part was hanging out near the river. Its very close to the sequoia part entrance. Beds were comfortable and the house was very clean. The kitchen was also well stocked with utensils and pans. The only downside we felt was that there were no curtains inside the cabin and the curtains inside the bedrooms were very thin. We came in a bit late the night before our stay and were hoping to rest a bit but due to the thin curtains we woke up pretty much at sunrise. Also, at night the lack of.curtains made us feel unsafe even though the cabin was in an isolated spot. There are exterior lights on the cabin and there were some light fixtures in the driveway but the driveway lights were not working. I would suggest having some lights installed or have the existing lights fixed

A happy place
We had a fabulous time, once again. Since last time we were there, our kids kept asking to go back to the house with the river. It’s such a great location: our kids had a great time splashing, throwing rocks and playing with the sand, etc. You need to be careful with the river especially with all the bad weather we had in the region this year, it’s fast. But by the house there are areas where it runs slower that are very enjoyable. There are bigger rocks that reach into the river where you can sunbathe on. The house is cozy, spacious, has all we need for a comfortable stay. We enjoyed the barbecue, relaxing on the patio overlooking the river, and the short drive to hiking spots in sequoia national park.

Good family home outside Sequoia
Description of property is accurate. Right on the river with a great back patio to sit on and relax. House is a few miles out of Three Rivers, but an easy trip back into town with quick access into Sequoia NP. This isn't the fanciest place, but it's comfortable and clean. It's a country property, so don't expect you won't see bugs outside. Great spot for a family.

Not a lot of bells and whistles for a pre-teen, but he needed to spend more time in nature anyway. Aside from the large tree that has fallen at some point and subsequently blocked the walkway and perfect views, everything was great. Three Rivers has lots to offer. Enjoy!

We couldn’t have ask for anything more. Ideal location for a jumping off spot to Sequoia. You’re remote but not totally isolated so they city slicker mindset in our family still felt safe. Sitting in the enclosed patio just listening to the stream was tremendously therapeutic; however, the water is ice cold, but then again our trip was in mid April. The house itself has everything you need…all you need to bring is the food you planning on cooking. The internet is decent enough to browse websites but not robust enough to stream video…which was fine for us as we wanted to reduce our screentime anyway. If you are really hellbent on binging the latest show…the AT&T cell service was good enough to stream…tho one would need to be aware of their data usage. One odd quirk but something that doesn’t warrant any ding to this place’s excellent rating is trying to figure out which light switch controls which light (indoor and outdoor) can be like trying to solve a sudoku puzzle. Otherwise…this was a wonderful and charming place…perfect for a family with one or two small kids. They say you can have up to six people here but with only 1 small bathroom…I’d be inclined to say 4 is the logical max

Overall a fabulous place. If renting during late fall or winter, be prepared to bundle up inside the house. Space heaters provided only heat a small area. Also would have been helpful to have more instructions on how things like fireplace works. We were there 5 days before accidently found that fan for fireplace needed to be plugged in. Also had problem with gate lock. Had to be pulled really hard to open.

Great location on the river. Had a group park by the bridge and sneak through the fence and No Trespassing sign to hang out on the river--get your chair or towel out there early. Other than that, clean, quiet, and very relaxing. The ladies of Sequoia Vacation Rentals are very responsive and a delight to communicate with.

My whole family had a great vacation here. The river in front of the house was super fun to swim and play in. Even though we are a family of six we fit nicely in the house. Everything was clean and well stocked. We want to come back!

fantastic location - great for couples or families
If you are a nature lover, this is the place for you. We thoroughly enjoyed sitting on the screened porch in the mornings and watching the various birds on the property. Watching family of partridges and their parenting was a special delight. The kids had a blast playing in the creek that runs by the property. I could easily watch them from the kitchen window or while relaxing on the porch. I joined them myself one afternoon and we all had a great time skipping rocks, catching tadpoles, and checking out small fish with our goggles. At night, the sky is dark enough that you can make out the Milky Way. We were lucky enough to catch a meteor shower! The house itself has a remodeled kitchen but the rest of the house reminds me of the "craftsman style". It was very warm and welcoming. The picture windows were wonderful with lots of natural night. Coming from the suburbs where we close the blinds at night, it did take a day or so to get used to not being able to cover the windows at night in the living room and kitchen. There are no other houses around so there was privacy, it just took getting used to. If you like to wind down with some TV in the evenings, there is a good size TV in the living room with a relatively large stack of DVDs; mostly older movies but a good variety so plenty to keep you entertained. If you are into high tech and bring your own portable media player along, be aware that the TV is vintage enough that it may not have the interface you need. The beds were all comfortable including the sofa bed. Grocery store is relatively close as are a few places to eat. If you are renting to go to the national park, be aware that it's still an hour drive to the main visitor center due to the mountain roads. This is a great house with a great location. However, be aware that you may have more bugs in the house than you are used to because the house is not well sealed nor used enough for this to be 100% under control. It was not a big deal for our family and nothing that freaked us out but it was more than what I would tolerate if this was my permanent home. Don't let this keep you away though. I just wanted to put this out there since some people have a very low tolerance for anything non-sterile. This is a charming house with lots to appreciate right on the property...especially the partridge family.
