„Mir wurde versehentlich erneut der Preis für das Zimmer abgebucht, und man war nicht in der Lage, es wieder rückgängig zu machen. Man wollte mich nach meiner Abreise per Email informieren, wenn die Rückbuchung gelungen ist. Ich habe nie wieder was gehört. Nun muss ich selbst schauen, wie ich die doppelte Bezahlung rückgängig machen kann. Miserables und anscheinend inkompetentes Personal bis rauf zum Chef, der sich ja nach meiner Abreise kümmern wollte.“

„We requested nonsmoking room. Immediately it was clear someone had smoked. Went to front desk and they offered us 2 doubles (we had king), which we declined. Then she found one more king which was across the hall. The difference was amazing. However we were unable to regulate the room temperature so we needed up turning off the AC unit. Room was still in the 60s the next morning“

„This is one of the worst hotels I have ever seen in my life. We had guests attempt to check-in on July 24th, inly to walk into a nasty, unkept room with roaches. Our crew immediately left and went to another hotel. I was promised a refund by "Bala", but unfortunately that wasn't true. When hotels.com called them about the refund they denied it. They basically lied to me to get me off the phone. We now have to dispute with our credit card company. I wouldn't recommend this nasty place to anyone. ...

„The staff there are great, every last one of them. You can't do nothing about the other guests though. I stayed a month. Other than the occasional stink bug getting in under the door, I had no other unwelcomed guests. The hotel is clean.“

„A group of older ladies travelled to Blytheville to visit family. The property was conveniently located, set up nicely for a group and we had a most enjoyable time. The host responded promptly to all communications and handled every contingency promptly and efficiently.
