MAI SONDERANGEBOT - Wunderschöne Villa mit privatem Pool und Meerblick

Das Las Brisas befindet sich in einer ruhigen Gegend, nur 10 Gehminuten vom Zentrum von Puerto del Carmen und dem Strand Playa Grand entfernt. 23 Calle Bocaina. Der Supermarkt ist zu Fuß in zwei Minuten zu erreichen und der Flughafen in weniger als 15 Minuten. Die Villa verfügt über 2 Doppelzimmer und ein Zweibettzimmer mit 2 vollständig gefliesten, separaten Bädern. Es gibt ein gut eingerichtetes Wohnzimmer mit Wi-Fi, Sat-TV, DVD-Player, PS2 und Spiele, Musikcenter und eine Auswahl an Spielbüchern und Filmen. Die offene Küche ist gut ausgestattet mit Backofen, Ceranfeld, Geschirrspüler, Mikrowelle, Kühlschrank mit Gefrierfach und einem separaten Trockenraum mit Waschmaschine. Wir bieten Haartrockner, Ventilatoren und einen Safe sowie ein Kinderbett und einen Hochstuhl. Die Schiebetüren führen zu einer großen Terrasse und einem Grillbereich. Hier finden Sie viel Platz für einen beheizten 7x4m Pool, der nicht übersehen wird und den ganzen Tag die Sonne genießt, einen Terrassentisch und 8 Sonnenliegen. Das Hauptschlafzimmer hat einen eigenen großen Balkon mit Meerblick und Sonnenliegen.

Central sunny accommodation
Overall, we found the stay very nice. The house is about 15 minutes walk from the sea. The nearest supermarket is about 5 minutes walk. The house is clean and offers enough space. The kitchen is equipped as described. The pool, about 1.0 meters deep, was cleaned several times in the 2 weeks and the contact was very nice. According to our documents, the house should be cleaned weekly. Also new towels should be provided on Mondays. Unfortunately, this was not the case. The entire pool / garden area is in full sun from morning to evening. It would be nice if there were at least enough intact umbrellas. This was unfortunately not the case. So if you were looking for shade, you could only go indoors. Unfortunately, as already criticized by others, the condition of the sun loungers is not very good. Likewise, the mattresses in the second room above. These are totally worn out. Therefore, we allow ourselves not to give the full score. However, we are convinced that if a few things are renewed, this house is a clear recommendation for the future.

Lovely villa in an excellent location for local shops,and short stroll to promenade and restaurants.Everything you could need was in villa.Good English TV channels,and very nice pool.Mick,the owner kept in touch all way through process with all details re access and useful info.Highly recomend this villa.Best wishes,going forwards ..

Lovely week away
The villa is lovely. Very well equipped, 3 good sized bedrooms and 2 good bathrooms. Nice views from upstairs balcony. The outside area was nice and the pool lovely and warm, which was cleaned twice during my stay. I would definitely stay there again.

A lovely villa in a quiet area and well equipped with everything we needed for an enjoyable stay. The water in the pool was lovely and warm but wasn’t very deep. Ideal for younger children. The outside area around the pool and particularly on the terrace needed to be cleaned. We would stay here again.

We had a great 9 days in the villa. Everything is walking distance to local shops and restaurants. Just a bit further down the hill is the beach and all the bars shops and restaurants. We only needed a taxi to the villa and going back to the airport. We would definitely come back. The villa was nice only thing would be the umbrella for shade, it’s only a beach umbrella which doesn’t fit the actual parasol base. You definitely need a sold parasol for when it gets too hot and doesn’t blow out the base. Also the sun loungers would be better if you could attach the large cushions on them for comfort. But everything else was great . We had no problems and would definitely return.

Fantastic Villa
We had a lovely week's stay at Las Brisas. The vill is perfectly located within a 15 min drive from the airport. The centre of town and the beaches are also no more than a 15 min walk. The villa itself has everything you need and the pool was great for those long hot days. Would definitely recommend to others

The villa was lovely, well-used, the sun beds needed a good clean badly stained & some of them were broken the pool was heated & was cleaned three time whilst we were there, Pam & Mick were brilliant any questions were answered, there is a Spar supermarket just down the road, the walk down to the sea front took about 20 mins, we never saw the property manager at the villa, overall we would rent this villa again so thank you.

Villa with fabulous pool
We had an excellent week's stay in the villa. The hosts were extremely easy to communicate with through the process. The pool made our holiday it was excellent and enjoys the sun all day as does the large balcony. It is situated in a quiet area, however we found everything to be easily accessible from the villa. We would definitely use this property again.

We stayed in this villa for a week, only regret is that it wasn’t long enough. Hosts friendly and helpful throughout the entire process, accommodating storing our luggage on our last day which was so helpful. The villa itself has everything you could need or want, pool was amazing and just the right temperature to cool down. Location perfect as not too near the noise but only a few minutes walk to bars/restaurants. I would return here in a heartbeat! Perfect!

The Villa is in a nice quiet area. It has everything you need like home from home it was immaculate. It has a lovely pool child friendly very clean. Only a 5 minute walk to the main drag where all the bars and restaurants are. Would definitely stay there again.
