„Great spot in Las Gaviotas, that over looks the ocean from the balcony and roof top deck. Easy check in and out process, plenty of space for friends and family to sleep, relax, and hang out. Large coverd car port that’s great to store surf and beach stuff out of the sun. The house has everything you need for a surf trip or beach vacation, and the owner is super nice and easy to communicate with. 10/10 recommend “

„While the condo was clean and the ocean front view is pretty, the condo is a bit older and not maintained as well as needed. The beds were uncomfortable and there were no extra sheets or covers. We were there during a time of the year when Tijuana is still cold at night, and some nights were in the 30's-40's and there was no heat of any kind in the condo, not even little space heaters you could move around. As well, there were just a few basic towels but not enough if we wanted more than one ...
