My family and I had a horrible experience at this property. We left Arizona at 5 am and arrived at the property at 11 am to see if we could check in early. The staff said the room wasn’t ready yet, but had me sign the documents and asked us to come back after 3 for our keys. When we came back to check in, the staff said there was a “small problem” they had already given away our room and there were no rooms left. I booked this trip long in advance and was exhausted from traveling and we had young kids with us. I told them this was unacceptable and after a lot of arguing, they magically had two rooms next to each other. Originally we had booked a suite that would fit us all. Since they gave that room away they said a conjoining room should suffice. When they went to show us the rooms, one of them was occupied!!! So they had no idea who they even had in their rooms! Then they said they found two rooms for us on different floors and after much protesting from us, they magically found two rooms on the same floor, but on opposite sides of the hotel. This was all after they said they had no rooms at all. The stress and anger this caused my family was terrible. We have a diabetic child with us and really needed to have our room ready so we could get him settled. We finally ended up in the two different rooms on opposite ends of the hotel with a promise they would comp us the first night for our trouble. That was another lie. Both Expedia and the hotel refused to make it right.
