This space is unique as it is located on a beautiful farm with over 50 acres of land! Drive down the long driveway to the newly updated modern farm house surrounded by trees and nature. Next to the house, you will find a seasonal swimming pool and a fire pit. Walk about 7 minutes down the path and you will find a beautiful pond. It is a great place to spot wildlife!
The house has a full kitchen, three bathrooms and five bedrooms. Two living rooms and a basement office provide lots of space to spread out, along with a full deck equipped with patio furniture and a BBQ. The kitchen has a fridge, espresso machine, regular drip coffee maker, microwave, toaster and other small kitchen appliances.
Sheets, pillows and bath towels are also provided.
This is the ideal spot for nature lovers. Tons of local trails are located nearby for cross country skiing, snowshoeing and snowmobiling. In the summer, enjoy your own private swimming pool and tons of space to enjoy the outdoors. Local beaches and the lake are just minutes away!

Guests have access to the farmhouse and surrounding area. The farm land in front of the house is rented out to local farmers and is not accessible for guest use.
Occasionally, the property managers may be on the property for grass cutting, snow removal or property maintenance, but apart from that you will have the whole property to yourself. For the security of our guests and the safety of our home, we have an external doorbell/security camera at the front entrance. It is always on and recording video and audio. There are no other cameras on the premises.
We are always available by phone, email or text during your stay.
Tiny Township is located on the Southern of Georgian Bay and is a beautiful place to spend a holiday! The water is warm, the beaches are sandy, and there is an abundance of things to do! The area has plenty of beautiful trails if you enjoy hiking or biking. In Midland, you can catch a ride on the Georgian Spirit boat to see many of the surrounding islands. Keep your eye out for turtles!
The farm is located on a remote country road. Midland and Penetanguishene have a public transport system. The house is located in Tiny which is a short 10 minute drive to Midland and Penetang. There are taxi services in the area as well.
The maximum number of guests allowed on the property at any given time is 10. Should it be found that there are more than ten people on the property at any given time, you will be asked to leave with no refund. You will be charged for the extra guests.
Absolutely no parties allowed. Out of respect for the neighbours, please keep noise to a minimum between 10 pm - 8 am daily.
One pet is allowed per group, provided they are fully house trained, will not damage the furniture, will not be left alone in the house and will not be noisy. A $50 pet fee is required for any extra cleaning needed and if any damage is done to the house, the guest will be solely responsible for reimbursement. Pets are permitted as long as they are added to the booking. Pets are NOT permitted on any of the beds. If you do wish to have your pet on the beds then we request that you bring your own bedding (ours are white and we'd like to keep them that way) so that our linens don't get stained or accumulate dog hair. Please ensure your pet is watched at all times and does not damage anything or cause a disturbance to the neighbours. Please pick up after your pet on the lawn as well.
Any watercraft on site is to be used at your own discretion. We will not be held liable for any incidents resulting from onsite water equipment use. It is the user's responsibility to be aware of weather conditions, watercraft rules and any local laws associated with the use of the equipment.
Use of the swimming pool is at your own discretion. We will not be held accountable for any incidents that occur resulting from use of the swimming pool. There is a locked gate around the pool. The code will be provided to you upon check in.
Children must be supervised at all times while on the property, especially by the water. By booking with us you accept any and all liability for any incidents that may occur and agree to supervise children at all times.
In compliance with the Tiny Township short-term rental by-law, all renters must sign the short-term rental accommodation code of conduct form as issued by Tiny Township. This document will be sent to you after you've booked.
