The toys, pool, and beach equipment were so great with what was provided. We hope to come back next spring break, and have my sister and her family rent rooms across the street. “

It’s close to the pier and lots of different restaurants. The house is beautifully and tastefully decorated making you feel like you are right on the beach.“

„Great week, nice House, some more chairs in the dining area would be great only 4 chairs. We we're 6 persons using the chairs from the Outdoor area. Communication with Taylor our host was perfect. Beautiful beach. Car ist necessary for dining and shopping. Nice pool.“

„This vacation house has a lot to offer. The pool is beautiful and warm, the location is convenient, the bedrooms and bathrooms are nice and clean and spacious. There were plenty of towels for both swimming and showering. The beach chairs and umbrella and cooler were an added perk! When a couple of minor issues arose during our weeklong stay, we were in touch with the property manager a few times. She was helpful, kind, and quick to respond. „Overall a great stay for our family in Cocoa Beach. We have stayed here at Cocoa many times for spring break. The house was as described. Rooms were nice and all the beds we comfy. Cathy was a great host. This was the 2nd house we have rented from her. Pool was nice and kept at a great temperature. Very close to the beach and pier. We played golf a couple of days, and we saw a launch at night which was very cool. Also, a storm was over the ocean, so we had a great light show. A Mister Donut is ...
