"The owner cancelled the day before we were supposed to arrive. The he refused to cancel the reservation online so I had to get my credit card company involved. This person should be banned from renting on any legitimate website!!!!"

"Clean and included all of the amenities described and needed. I decided to stay at a vrbo house instead of a hotel due to having my 88 year old father with me. This allowed him to have a much easier time getting around and no stairs. Host Alejandro was great and always responsive to any question ..."
