Our house is located close to Rt 80, Shopping, Mt. Airy Casino, minutes away from water parks: Kalahari Resort, Camelback Ski resort, Great Wolf Lodge, Poconos Raceway, water sports, hiking, fishing, hunting, and much more.

We are located in a gated community complete with 2 lakes and a beach, 4 outdoor pools, playgrounds, tennis and basketball courts. Our community is surrounded by a State Park and the Pocono Mountains, in Monroe County, Pennsylvania, where most homes are situated in a heavily forested, natural setting.

Getting around
The best way to travel around our neighborhood is by car. While inside the community, please stay within the speed limit of 25 mph.

OUTDOOR LIVING: Deck, patio furniture & dining area, hot tub, fire pit (firewood provided), Adirondack chairs, wooded views, gas grill
INDOOR LIVING: Smart TV W/ streaming apps, vaulted ceilings, ceiling fans, books, kid area
KITCHEN: Fully equipped, coffee makers, toaster, knife set, microwave, blender, spices, cooking basics, dishware/flatware.

PLEASE NOTE: The Community Pools are open during Summer Season and sometimes closes without notice. We don't have any control over the pool schedule. We don't offer any discounts or reimbursements if the pool happens to be closed during your entire stay or just part of your stay. Our guests can use the other 3 pools in our Community, as long as there are no closures due to weather or other events.

There is a $50 fee per stay for any short term rental booked in our community. This is directly from the HOA because our guests have access to all of the amenities listed above in the community.
