„The accommodation is big and comfortable to live in. It meets my expectations. It may, somehow, improve the cleanliness by removing stains in the microwave oven and refrigerator. The filter of air purifier is a little dusty. If more shelves or small tables are provided for placing personal belongings, it will be user friendly. “

„복층구조가 생각보다 엄청나게 가파른 복층구조라 당황하긴했지만 그래도 잘 지냈고 시부야와 가까워서 도보로 다니기 매우 편리했고 동네가 매우 조용하고 안전해서 좋았습니다. 다만 체크인할때 키를 찾는데 설명이 좀 더 필요할 것 같습니다. 키 찾을때 엄청 애먹었네요. 잘 쉬다 갑니다. “

„The property is located in a quiet neighborhood a block away from the main street. The building is secure, and the unit is clean, comfortable and modern. Many amenities are included. Many options for meals within short walking distances, and great convenience stores nearby that offer anything you need. Mr. Ishikawa is a great host, and I highly recommend his property.“

„Die Wohnung ist gut gelegen in der Nähe der U-Bahn-Station. Das Wohnzimmer ist geräumig und hat viel Stauraum für Gepäck. Viele Supermärkte und kleine Restaurants in der Nähe. Allerdings ist die Lage nicht in Shibuya und Autos sind nicht erlaubt, vor dem Haus zu fahren. Die Zimmer sind nicht schallisoliert. Die Nachbarn waren ziemlich laut.“

„Would highly recommend. The accommodation was excellent, very nicely decorated , tasteful & comfortable. I throughly enjoyed my stay. The room is bright and clean, and the beds are super comfy! „Very nice and convenient location. Walking distance to the Sensoji Temple, Sumida River, Ueno Park, Tokyo National Museum, and many interesting shopping streets. Really appreciate the washer/dryer after spending 10 days in Tokyo. Also thankful for the free coffee at reception. Staff were helpful. Do note that there are 2 Koko Hotel Residences in the area and initially we went to the wrong one at Asakusa Tawaramachi!“

„Excellent location with the closest station Tawaramachi (via Exit 1) just about a min walk to the hotel (with lift). It’s just 2 stations away from Ueno which the Keisei Skyline from Narita stops, hence easy to travel to and from Narita. All staff are English speakers and very helpful especially Fukui-San who helped us with the luggage transfer. Also walking distance to Senso-ji temple. Room is clean and equipped with all the necessary amenities“
