Our family of four stayed a few days. The place was decently clean and almost exactly as advertised (the pictures of the yard with play structure are outdated - said structure isn't there anymore and that part or the yard isn't accessible to guests).
The location was great - we brought bikes and biked along the waterfront trail with great views of the Toronto skyline, and we could easily get to the GO train by bike to go into the city also. The neighborhood is quiet and feels very safe, with great parks close by.
However, there were several small annoyances/essential things missing, most of which can easily be fixed :
- kitchen : Fridge, microwave and dishwasher were all new and clean. There's an electric cooktoop. But there was no toaster and one single teaspoon.
- bedding : perfect for a party of two, but since it is supposed to accomodate for 4, bedding/pillows for the futon would have been expected. We had sleeping bags with us for the kids so we made due without.
- bathroom : only two towels and one washcloth were provided, there was no trashcan in the bathroom and no tissues (nor anywhere else in the studio). The vent traps were also very dusty. Bathroom sliding door got stuck open a few times.
- there are no windows, only two patio doors but no screen doors on them so we couldn't leave them open for a breeze.
-soundproofing wasn't great as we could easily hear the music and walking/talking from upstairs.
