Stunning 4-BDRM Home-Toronto Greater Area - Quiet Location

This 4 bedroom home Includes 2 parking spaces in the driveway, personal laundry machines located on the first floor and a cozy outdoor patio for small meals or enjoying the sunny afternoons. The kitchen is fully equipped and has its own dining area as well as a large dining and living room for family meals and gatherings. There is a powder room on the first floor with 2 private ensuites on the second floor and an attached washroom between the other two bedrooms. This space is on the main and top floor with a separate unit in the basement. You will have full privacy in all areas and there are no shared spaces or amenities. Our guests' privacy and safety is our top concern. We have full time cameras on the exterior of the house that monitor that driveway, side path to the backyard and the entrance to each unit. From all the amenities of a major city to the beautifully landscaped suburban streets and wooded walking trails of the Niagara escarpment area surrounded with mature trees and views of the Credit River Conservation lands, the enclave has it all! It's great for family's looking to get away from the big city life and have the chance to enjoy some downtime in a peaceful and natural setting. Families, professionals and business travellers all welcome! Long term options are available.

Tightly packed but secure neighborhood
We had a very nice stay in this roomy and clean property. The wifi was reliable for work, and the BRs were spacious and comfortable. The only issue we faced was a few things were not operational, the microwave, coffeemaker, and one of the TVs (BTY no cable for the TVs just whatever free streaming services available on the fire stick) The owner assured us it would be fixed for the next guest. The neighborhood is very nice, the houses are right on top of each other and there is no yard to speak of, but there is a very nice 2 mile or so nature trail in the development. It is an urban setting with many stores and restaurants withing 5/10 minutes.

Our stay in Georgetown
We stayed for a long weekend attending a wedding. This house it gorgeous. We all wanted our own bathrooms and that was a drawing point. Clean , spacious and well appointed . Cody was immediate with communication. Would definitely stay here again!

Nice large home close to Toronto
The home is large and well stocked with everything our large family needed for our vacation. Easy check in and good communication from the host to ensure our stay went smoothly. Basement and backyard are not part of the rental but there is a small deck off of the kitchen with table and chairs to sit outside and enjoy morning coffee or afternoon drinks. Overall a good experience for our family.

Toronto first timer
This was my first time visiting Toronto and wanted a place that could host me a few of my family that came for my nieces graduation and this house was great for our stay. Very spacious rooms and plenty of space for everyone. It’s very close to stores that within short driving distance (Walmart and other stores near by within 5 minutes of driving), one that I would add is to add the notes that say where the towels are if not places in the bathrooms other than that everything was great.

Extremely Disappointing Total misrepresentation of VRBO’s advertising and mandate
First impression is unfathomable as we are greeted on the front step by a sunburnt and deteriorating Christmas wreath hanging on the door, our dates were June 05-10th 2024. The inside was a pleasant 21’C although it loses its lustre when one sees the amount of dust and dirt on all the air returns one would wonder what the main filter on the AC system would look like . Therefore the system had to be shut down when we were in the house to avoid breathing in contaminated air and more than black mold . This made it very uncomfortable as the weather was quite humid .The range exhaust fan screen had globules of old grease hanging from it . Globes were missing from light fixtures and sconces. Switches were broken on night table lamps in the master bedroom , opening and closing arms on several window shutters were broken. Lovres were caked with dust . The second bedroom private ensuite sink was plugged not allowing water to drain It took 30 minutes with a plunger and coat hanger to clear it out The smell barel tolerable The advertised balcony had a old patio table but no chairs or umbrella almost totally useless The wooden casing between the double doors to the master bedroom was broken leaving jagged edges that present a hazard to face and body if one was extremely careful Yes there was parking for two cars only if you blocked the access to the front step and used only one car for transport or have to move one car to get out . Back yard overgrown with weeds Open Garbage at side

Five star for Cody and his team
The house was clean big and in very nice neighborhood appliances were in very good conditions and modern house was decorated in style WiFi was fast, shopping was easy too as there was a Walmart superstore just 10 minutes drive, neighborhood was quiet and gave the family oriented environment. The only downside was the fact that it was somewhat far from Toronto down town about 45 minutes drive but if you want to get away from busy big town life this is perfect Thumbs up to Cody and his team

A relaxing stay
As far as we are concerned everything for our extended weekend stay for our family of 6 was perfect. The home is huge and beautiful and clean and had everything we needed including towels, shampoo, bedding etc. The only thing it doesn't have is a yard, just a back deck. There is a basement unit that has acces to the back yard below. Other than that and a shared driveway the units are completely separate. The owner provided all the details we needed for check-in and checkout. Even with 2 snowstorms the snow was always cleared promptly. The neighborhood was very quiet and so close to all amenities. We would definitely stay again! Thanks for opening up your home.

double booking
Thank you for not helping us find another accommodation when you double booked the home. I know you said this has never happened to you before, however, it has happened enough that VRBO CSR sent me e-mail regarding double booking within seconds of me calling. It took us a very long time to figure out where we can stay since it was labor day weekend and only place available was super8 motel. I still can't believe you communicated with me hours before check-in regarding how you had to enter the unit to turn dishwasher on and that there might be water leak and even then you did not realize that you're unit is double booked. I'm sorry you did not handle this well at all. I'm absolutely disappointed as you did not show a single time that you cared about my family and I. You could have helped us find another place to stay but chose not to. I hope no one has to live through what my family did that night.

Beautiful home
The property is indeed a beautifully "put" away" home away from home. I'm not sure it was suitable for my family: all bedrooms are located at second level (which I knew from before). What I wasn't aware of was the step stairway to access the rooms - which was a big deterrent to my aged mom who has bad knees. Walking up those stairs were a big pain for her! But this was my bad.., I didn't ask the relevant questions beforehand. Also, one person who reviewed the property did mention that it was located along a rather busy main road..and I agree. From the master bedroom, one could hear the to and fro of the vehicles daytime and nighttime. Other than that, I would recommend this house to those who are looking for a getaway that is located in a settlement, except for the vehicular noise, it was a very quiet neighbourhood and located within easy access to major roadways, shopping, gas station and restaurants. I regret not having enough time to walk at the trail situated at back of property.

what we needed for a long weekend
My family of 7 was in need of a place near both Toronto and Orangeville. This property was good for our purposes. I don't think I expected it to be in a development, but it did not take away from our experience. The house was roomy, and had all the amenities we needed. There is a playground close enough for our 9 and 11 year olds to play, and a walking trail around the community for after meal strolls. Three full baths, along with a powder room, and a roomy kitchen for meals. We enjoyed ourselves.

Perfect place for family getaway
The house was perfect with spacious rooms, washrooms. Also it was clean and tidy. Cody supported us promptly when we had a small issue. It is located a little away from Toronto, but we could enjoy travelling Toronto downtown by just 40 min driving. In 5 min driving distance from the house, there are enough grocery stores, restaurants and shops. Overall, it is a perfect place for a family planning travel to Toronto area.

Modern, new, 4bedroom home
Great place. We wanted a place close enough to Mohawk park and woodbine raceway. Place looked like was brand new. Modern look. Property manager was very nice and made himself available if needed. No issues. If I had to nit pick something, would be couldn’t get any cable to watch football games. Had Netflix and others but we missed the live sports in afternoon. Great place to stay though. Absolutely stay here again! Book it if you need something in this area. You will love it

Amazing accommodations!
Words cannot describe how beautiful this property is. It has everything my family of 7 could ask for. Cody was very responsive to all of my inquiries and I was sad leaving this beautiful home to go back to my old, run-down home. Great neighborhood as well and everything is close by to pick up food and other groceries. Will definitely book this place again once I am in the area.

Great property. Accurate description. Great communication.
We had a wonderful stay. Our flight was changed at the last minute and we had to check in first thing in the morning instead of late afternoon and it was no problem at all. Communication was always great and our last minute requests were fulfilled. The house was as described and everything went smoothly.
