Rosa Blanca ist ein großes Apartment (73 m²) im Penthousestil im 4. Stock. Es verfügt über eine Klimaanlage und eine große Sonnenterrasse (52 m²). Insgesamt stehen also 125 m² zur Verfügung. Das Apartment liegt 200 Meter vom Strand und schönen Küstenwegen entfernt. Auf dem wunderschönen Gelände befinden sich drei Pools (einer davon beheizt), luxuriöse Gärten, eine Tiefgarage, ein 24-Stunden-Sicherheitsdienst und Aufzüge zu allen Etagen. Flughäfen sind gut zu erreichen; nach Alicante oder Murcia [RMU] 45 Minuten. Außerdem gibt es eine große Auswahl an Restaurants, Geschäften, Bars, Banken und eine nahe gelegene Bushaltestellen. Die Räumlichkeiten verfügen neben einem Wohn-/Essbereich über eine voll ausgestattete Küche mit Geschirrspüler, Backofen, Kochfeld, Kühl-Gefrierkombination, Waschmaschine, usw. 2 Schlafzimmer, ein Doppelzimmer mit En-suite-Badezimmer, ein Twinbettzimmer. Schöne Unterkunft in toller Anlage
Schöne klimatisierte Unterkunft in einer geschlossenen Anlage mit drei Pools und schön viel Grünflächen zum entspannen. In der Nähe gibt es viele tolle Restaurants ( Gandhi, toller Inder, Armenia, sehr gutes armenisches Grillrestaurant, Nautilus, spanische Küche, direkt am Meer). Man kann aber auch problemlos in der voll ausgestatteten Küche selber kochen. Ein besonderes Plus der Unterkunft ist der Stellplatz in der Tiefgarage, möglicherweise ist der Aufzug unmittelbar neben der Wohnung. Alles in allem absolut empfehlenswert. Unterkunft! Besonders hervorheben möchte ich auch die tolle Betreuung durch Karen und Margret.

Gute Lage
Die Wohnung entsprach insgesamt der Beschreibung. Check in war super. Die große Terrasse könnte etwas freundlicher gestaltet werden. Die Couch im Wohnbereich könnte auch mal erneuert werden. Wegen der guten Lage - alles fussläufig erreichbar- trotzdem eine Empfehlung.

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung in sehr guter Lage
Schon der erste Eindruck sagt, dass die Wohnung top ist. Kühler Marmorboden (in den Bädern beheizbar), eine große Glasfront zur riesigen Terrasse (Nord-Ost Ausrichtung, schattig im Sommer), eine gut ausgestattete Küche und auch sonst alles was man braucht und mehr. 3 Pools innerhalb der Anlage, davon einer geheizt. Strand, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und viele Lokale sind bequem zu Fuss erreichbar. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und können die Wohnung uneingeschränkt empfehlen.

Nice apartment
We travelled with two 15 year old boys. Apartment spacious enough for us all. Great having 2 bathrooms. Lovely large terrace with sun loungers, parasoll and table and chairs. Had a few minor issues but property manager Margaret very helpful. Apartment grounds lovely, well kept gardens. There are three pools, but unfortunately the boys were told they couldn’t use the largest pool as it was only for people swimming lanes, which is a real shame in the height of summer. Punta Prima area clean – there are two Spanish cafe/ restaurants a few minutes walk away, and an English run bar/restaurant across the road. The majority of bars and restaurants are 10 minutes walk away, situated by the main dual carriageway, which isn’t ideal. Our favourite restaurant by far was the Nautilus, a 10 minute walk , situated right on the sea front – great food and service with a lovely terrace feet from the lapping waves. The local beach is small and sandy but there are lots of rocks to walk over when you get in the sea. Saying that, it was lovely and warm and the waves exhilarating! Not really suitable for younger children. A 15 minute taxi ride away from Aquopolis Torrevieja water park, and a 5 minute taxi ride to the go-karting.

The apartment was just as described and easy to find. The spacious outside terrace was a real bonus.Everything was walking distance - bars, restaurants, shops and the beach. The complex has lovely gardens and 3 pools, so choice if lots of people are staying. We had a lovely stay and will be back.

Excellent appartement at the Costa Blanca
We’ve enjoyed our stay at the appartement in Torrevieja. The appartement has enough space and is fully airconditioned, which was needed looking at the lovely Spanish temperture👌 Especially the big terrace was Nice to have. The garden and pools of the complex where beautiful and clean. Only a 10 minute walk to the Nice Punta Prima beach. It is a Shame that they are building a lot of New appartments, because this is influencing the beautiful sea view.

This apartment is very close to alot of bars restaurants and shops, all within walking distance and 5 minutes walk tonthe beach. Apartment has everything you need for a great relaxing stay, has a large terrace/balcony with sun all day and will definitely recommend this.

We had a positive experience staying in Punta prima. The owner is very responsive and quick to answer any questions we had. The drive from Alicante Elche airport is straight forward along highway 332. Upon reaching our destination we were greeted by Karen (unit manager) who gave us the keys and showed us around the unit. The small welcome groceries is appreciated since the grocery stores around the area are not open on Sundays. The location is central to many places. Although, we rented a car you could still walk to restaurants, grocery stores etc.. The Mediterranean is an approx. 5 min walk from the unit. It has a nice pathway to walk along once you are there. We felt safe out and about. The unit has everything you need. The balcony is very generous in size, but not in full sun during Feb. We found the bed to be very comfortable (firm.) The grounds and pools are well kept and the common area and elevators are cleaned daily. Overall, we would recommend staying here. We would like to stay here again if back in Spain.

Fantastic bright apartment
Brilliant large terrace not overlooked, even in October got sun all afternoon till about 6 30pm. Apartment had a well equipped kitchen and the welcome pack of milk, water, bread, butter and few other bits was really appreciated. 3 lovely pools, very quiet with well kept gardens. Quieter location than we would normally pick but enjoyed the restaurants and live music at night only 10 min walk away on the small strip. A big Consum supermarket also 10mins away. La Zenia boulevard was 40min walk or taxi which was cheap enough. Torrevieja was bit further than we thought, walked there along rocky coastal path but got a taxi back. All in all we had a great holiday relaxing on the terrace and some great nights out. Would definitely stay again

Had an amazing holiday, the apartment was very clean, excellently stocked, the ladies who look after the site were great, very helpful. The equipment in the storage area for the beach and pool was fantastic, we left some snorkeling stuff there as we couldn't take it home. The beach was a few minutes walk, very nice and clean, a bit rocky so beach shoes are a must. Lovely restaurants 5 min away. The grounds of the apartment were amazing and the 3 pools were great, the kids loved them. The only thing missing in the apartment was a 2nd shelf in the oven, as one night we cooked and it was challenging. We loved it, cannot recommend it enough, had a fantastic time, thank you.

Spacious apartment in lovely grounds
Very spacious apartment. Very well equipped. Lovely welcome on arrival by the local agents (Dan and Grace). Apartment had excellent air conditioning throughout, which was greatly appreciated as the weather was very hot most days (35 celsius or higher during the day). The apartment had a fantastic terrace with a nice view, and plenty of space for sunbathing, eating outside and drying clothes (all at the same time!). The grounds of the apartment complex were beautifully kept and the 3 swimming pools are fantastic. Even in August they were not too busy. There is not much to do in Punta Prima and I suggest a car is required (or taxis) to explore further afield. Buses can be used but they are irregular and take a long time to get anywhere useful by the time they've wound their way around all the back streets. There are loads of good supermarkets but all too far to walk unless you are just getting a few things. There are some lovely beaches a few kilometres away. Playa Punta Prima is not a bad beach within walking distance, but it is quite rocky in places so you need to pick your swimming spot carefully. That being said, there are a few good cafes and restaurants in Punta Prima, not least the two in the nearby Calle Bajamar (one of which can be seen opposite the apartment from the terrace). There are a couple of restaurants within short walking distance with lovely settings - Nautilus is right by the sea (and also has a lovely bar) and Restaurante Punta Prima has a lovely sea view. In both restaurants the food is good (but not exceptional) and the staff generally more friendly than not.

Great apartment in punta prima
Just returned from this lovely apartment, fabulous large terrace with three sun beds and table and chairs, sun on terrace all day. The apartment was spacious and well equipped, the only small thing is that there isn’t a lot of drawer storage space in the smaller bedroom. Excellent communication with the host and Dan and Grace were there to meet us at check in and give some useful info on the area. A big bonus was the two bikes that we were able to use to get out and about and a very handy shopping trolley for the trips to the supermarket! Lovely family restaurant one street away to the front of the apartment which did great tapas and some lovely restaurants along the strip. Very enjoyable stay and would not hesitate to return.

It was the attractive greenery, with access to 3 swimming pools, that appealed to us to book our stay, which was also good value for money. The grounds are secure and patrolled each day. There is a basic grocery store opposite and just down the road is the friendly Nautilus bar / restaurant which serves wonderful seafood. You can walk along the shoreline and beach paths to adjacent resorts, with cafes dotted along the way. The apartment was clean and functional with everything we needed. There is a sizeable outside terrace for al fresco dining and sunbathing. We would award 5 stars were it not for the beds in both rooms, which were very hard and extremely uncomfortable. We did not sleep well in each of our rooms because of the basic beds and very thin mattresses. (One of the mattresses unfortunately also had a stain and did not have a mattress cover on - although there were some in the wardrobe.) We had a lovely holiday, however and would book the same apartment again if the beds were upgraded and the mattresses had clean covers for each set of guests. It would be nice to see the plants on the balcony receive some tlc too, and attention to little touches like making sure the soap dispenser in the main bathroom is working okay, and that there is enough toilet roll available. All in all, great grounds, pools and location, good size apartment with large sunny terrace, everything you need but could do with some cosmetic refresh, a few more welcoming touches, and upgrades of the beds. If this can be assured, we’d like to book again and would strongly recommend to others.

Keys didn’t work properly in gate. Awful cafe opposite. Avoid. Cold before it warmed up. North facing patio so no sun.
