"Lovely one night stay with my dog, Betsy. The member of staff made us really welcome. Minor point - there was quite a lot of noise in our room. Maybe air conditioning. I couldn’t see any way of turning it off. Also 4th floor was a bit of a struggle with the dog and luggage. Etsy is a border collie and has never been in a lift!"

Service was wonderful from all the staff, convenient location being a short stroll to the nearest tram stop that takes you into town and runs regularly all day, highly recommend to get away from the world! "If you are looking for a convenient property by the Tours train station, then this place is for you! If you want an active night life or nearby restaurants, this place is NOT for you. Rooms and shower are small, even by European standards. Hôtel checkin was supposed to be noon, but it was after 15:00 before our room was ready. "
