„It was a decent property. The only problem was the lack of a person behind the desk. It was a teleprompter screen with someone from India. I dont care for that. Also the breakfast picktures are not true. It was a sack breakfast. The beds are decent. Overall not bad for a quick stay but not recommended for an extended trip.“

„The best recommendation is that it is good value for the price. The room was clean and modern enough with a fridge, microwave, and sink. The TV was challenging to operate but the staff gladly gave us a demonstration. The bed was comfortable but I would have preferred a larger, or second, pillow. It seems that several residents might be weekly/monthly guests although we did not find that to be a problem. The greatest disappointment was the advertised breakfast. „Check in was not as expected. We added an early check in and the front desk clerk said she would have a room ready in 20 mins. We got there approx 1.5 hrs after where she told me in person that she could have it ready in 20 mins. I pointed out our earlier conversation and she offered a double queen "upgrade". This didnt feel like an upgrade and we now had a smaller bed and a second one we didnt need but we had a friends Christmas party to hurry to so we took it. “

„This is a great option for anyone looking to have a space to relax and enjoy the company they are with while in Spokane. My family was in town for a wrestling tournament my daughter was participating in (she came in third in her bracket). This space was a good option for us as it includes access to a kitchenette (sink, mini fridge, hot plate, coffee maker, toaster, and air fryer), washer/dryer, and lots of games! „This is a clean, cozy and spacious apartment in a quiet neighborhood. We look forward to returning when we are in Spokane again and we'll bring the rest of the family. „My husband and I and our three youngest children (15,12 and 8) stayed here for a week while visiting family in the area. It was very nice and had plenty of room for the kids to play. The park is just a minute away and we had fun there as well. We would stay there again.“

Make sure you review the rules first(I did) just really odd things that aren’t normally requested like a copy of your ID, names of everyone staying AND ANYONE who may possibly set foot on the property, plus a separate contract that has to be sent in.
