„I loved my stay! Very clean and comfortable. There were a few ants in the kitchen but it didn't bother me much and had been treated by pest control. Location right by the lake was perfect. The whole community was quite lovely and inviting. My little issue was the lack of kitchen knives for cutting fruits and veggies. There were a couple tiny knives and a bread knife, but nothing like a chef's knife. No peeler either. Maybe I just missed it?? I made due but those seem like regular kitchen items ...

„Overall enjoyable experience with the highlights being the view of the river and bluff from the decks. Bradley was very prompt at responding to messages which is always appreciated. There are lots of sleeping spaces in this house! The only drawback is that 3 of the bedrooms are connected so privacy may be an issue depending on the nature of your group. „We really enjoyed our stay at this cabin! It was perfect. Very clean, organized, and well managed! The grill was appreciated as we were able to cook “at home” for the weekend, and hot tub on the porch enhanced the stay as well, where we could enjoy the sunset amongst the beautiful foliage. „Our family of four (children 6 & 8) loved the tee pee and the property. The unit was clean and well appointed for cooking simple meals. The pool was so much fun for the kids and we loved the hot tub for relaxing. The farm animals on property and basketball court were a fun plus. Location was great- about 30 mins both to downtown Chattanooga and Rock City. We will definitely be back and check out other rentals in the development. „Great place to celebrate a birthday with family and friends. Kayaking/canoeing on the river, fire pit in the evenings, games for anyone who wanted to play. Location close to downtown Chattanooga or several good hiking areas. Hosts met us at the cabin to show us property“
