„We loved it here and hope to come back. The river is the main character and the historic cabin makes this a perfect getaway. If you don’t appreciate a little rustic charm you may not enjoy it as much as we did. There are plenty of amenities like the hot tub and sauna. We enjoyed sitting on the deck every night and watched the spawning salmon. There were many books about the area. The host checked in on us which was so nice. We loved the area and can’t wait to return. “

„This property has a lot of potential. Another reviewer summed it up very well and I should have paid attention. No water pressure, literally a trickle comes out. Hot water comes in and out when showering. Spoke to owner and she said it is on propane so hot water should never run out. „My husband and I had a wonderful 5 days at River Haven! The cabin was adorable and so comfy. Kitchen had everything you would need if you plan on cooking. We spent most of our time outside on one of the 3 decks watching all the fisherman and rafters go by. My husband even tried fly fishing for the first time and really enjoyed it! We took a day trip up to crater lake and couldn’t believe how beautiful it was! And to top it all off we had the neighborhood Siamese cat, Dante, visit us every day. ...

„We needed separate bedrooms, a stop that would get us through the snowy passes at the optimal times, a midway point on a long interstate road trip, calm and quiet, safe and away from noisy freeway or sketchy neighborhood s. „We loved this place. It was a special time for us, visiting family (including a very ill grandparent) over christmas. This wonderful riverside home was fantastic to come back to. No complaints whatsoever. The host was great, communication was great. We are incredibly grateful. Honestly, it was likely because of what we were going through, but this house felt a bit magical to us. A sanctuary. What a blessing.“
