Herbert House by StayStaycations

Summary:
StayStaycations are pleased to present Herbert House, a newly refurbished home in the heart of the Rhondda Fawr Valley in the county borough of Rhondda Cynon Taf, Wales; perfect for a holiday home or contractor’s accommodation. The house is located in a very friendly neighbourhood. You can access the lovely Treorchy High Street which is a short walk away. The High Street has in the past had the title of the best High Street in the UK. We are only a few miles from the Zip World and in the local area there are great walks for your four legged friends.

The Space:
Guests have the entire house for the duration of the stay. The accommodation provides a large dining room, separate living room with 2 comfortable sofas and a smart TV, fully equipped kitchen with a washing/drying machine, oven, hob, microwave, kettle and toaster and the all important Nespresso coffee machine etc. A downstairs bathroom with a bath and overhead shower. Upstairs has 3 bedrooms, a Double bed in bedroom 1, twin single beds in bedroom 2 and a single bed in bedroom 3. There is also a cosy nook area on the landing. There is on street parking.
Perfect for Family Holidays, mountain bikers and trekkers.

Guest Access:
The house is available for self check in from 4pm using the key box outside the property . You will receive a code within 48 hours of your check in date. You will have the whole property to yourself for the duration of your stay. You won't be sharing with anyone.

The Neighborhood:
Treherbert is a former mining village bordering Treorchy which has the accolade of being a former winner of the UK's best High Street! The new Zip World Tower is a short drive away in the nearby town of Aberdare, which is home to Pheonix and the Tower Coaster. Zip World Tower is the 4th Zip World site to open and is 1st to be situated in South Wales. Nestled in the Rhigos mountain range, and boasting stunning panoramic views. This adventure hub is situated at the old Tower Colliery coal mining site and has created a new lease of life for this historic and widely loved base.

The Brecon Beacons National Park is a definite must see and only a short drive away. Also near the Brecon Beacons is The Penderyn Distillery.
Approx 30 Mins away in LLantrisant is The Royal Mint

The house is in a residential area so we ask guests to be respectful of this at all times during their stay.
The property is strictly No Smoking or Vaping
