„We loved our stay in Troutman! This home is way larger than it looks and has space for everyone. There are two large kitchens that are well stocked. We enjoyed grilling and hanging out by the water. We also enjoyed the kayaks. The only issue we had was the power being out for 7 hours which in turn meant we had no water due to the pump system. “

„We were in town for a wedding. The house and cottage were great. Cottage was not as well equipped as the big house. Minor nuisance was that there were two trash cans in the kitchen which didn't open. A concern for the owner could be that the water nozzle in the fridge for water was broken which could be a problem for the owner. Overall it was a very good rental for our family. “

„It was a nice cozy place to stay and visit our family in nearby Mooresville. Everything we needed was provided. We really appreciated the Reverse Osmosis Water Filter in the kitchen. Also the washer & dryer were new and plenty of features. Owners responded quickly to any questions we had.“
