Lakeside luxury: beautiful, relaxing 4 bedroom home

Unwind and create memories in our beautiful lakeside home! Enter the inviting open concept kitchen, dining area and sunken living room. Step out onto the 800+ sq. ft. natural wood deck. The main level also includes three bedrooms and a full bath. On the lower level, you'll find a family room with fireplace, tv, and large table for boardgames, a sliding glass door to the brick patio and expansive backyard, a fourth bedroom, full bath, and laundry room. Enjoy the backyard and its beautiful views. Close to parks, hiking trails, major cities, and universities, this home has something for everyone.

Please note: The lake is not part of our property. Lake use is not permitted unless you are a member or guest of a member of the lake.

Wonderful winter family time at the lake house
We enjoyed the lovely view of the lake and our wonderful, brisk walks in the neighborhood. The spacious and well-appointed lake home was perfect of our family with young adult children. We loved this beautiful, comfortable and entertaining home on the lake and hope to return.

Magical Holiday at The Lake House!
We stayed here to celebrate Christmas with our family and it was amazing! Julie the host was great with communicating if we had any questions. The home and the view of the lake is even more beautiful in person! This home was perfect for kids and adults, there were tons of games for them to play with down stairs and it’s a perfect home for gathering in the living room and making memories. Our holiday was truly magical and we hope to stay here again!

Perfect accommodation for large family.
Our family of 9 stayed in the home over Sacred Heart University’s Family Weekend. Spectacular property on a lake with gorgeous views. The home’s layout was perfect to accommodate all family members comfortably. The property was clean, with plenty of amenities. We were sorry to leave and hope to rent the property again next year!

Perfect getaway
This house was perfect for our weekend. We were in town for a music festival at Seaside Park so the location was great but the property was so amazing, I would come back just to enjoy it more. We ended up skipping some of the festival because the weather was crappy and we were enjoying the house. It was very comfortable and welcoming and the view was lovely.

Gorgeous home, beautiful views!
This house was perfect for my group of 6 college friends. We hadn't gotten together in over 10 years and wanted to relax and catch up. The furniture and bedding were extremely comfortable, the kitchen had everything we could possibly need and more! Very spacious home with off-street parking for 6 cars. We loved it here!!!

Peaceful Lakeside Retreat
Superb location, easy access to parkway and I95, yet nestled on a private lake and adjacent to an excellent hiking park. Perfect combination of peaceful nature and convenience. The house is organized efficiently for guests, nicely appointed, uncluttered, and finished smartly through what seems to be a recent remodel. Exceeded our expectations.

A perfect escape!
We loved our relaxing week at this beautiful lakeside home! It is as lovely as it looks in the photos, with incredible water views and both indoor and outdoor spaces to enjoy it all. There is so much room to spread out and the whole place was spotlessly clean. From the comfortable beds to the chef’s kitchen, this home has everything you’ll need for a relaxing getaway. We loved going for walks around the neighborhood, having coffee and meals on the deck, and just relaxing in the living room. We also appreciated the reliable mesh WiFi for the times we needed to be connected and the seamless check-in and check out process. Julie is a kind and gracious host and had helpful answers to the few questions we had. The lake and neighborhood is such a hidden gem – even though you feel like you’re away from it all, there are restaurants and amenities nearby, it’s close to New Haven, and it’s an easy drive from New York City. Thank you for having us – and we can’t wait to come back!

Had a great stay... would replace the coffee pot as it is the slowest brewer I have ever used and I couldn't find any pot holders. Neither issue would keep us from recommending this place as it was great. Just 2 things to add.... Thanks

Wonderful Lakeside Stay
We stayed at the house with our adult children and grandchild. The house was very clean. The linens, towels were of high quality and clean, and the kitchen was very functional with new cooking and kitchen utensils, pots and pans. It had hardwood floors on main level and the house was not cluttered at all. The view from the living room and deck of the lake was so beautiful and a stress release for sure. The backyard was roomy and well maintained. The neighborhood was quiet. The owner/manager was responsive and welcoming. I hope to stay there again.

A+ stay!
Our group of 5 had an above excellent stay over graduation weekend in May! The house was spotless, and well equipped with everything we needed (ample closet space with many hangers was a wonderful plus!). The beds were incredibly comfortable, the space was generous for spending time together (both levels), and the chefs kitchen was a dream to make brunch in. The neighborhood is quiet and lush, easy to navigate a walk around the lake. The views and deck are just as picturesque as the posting displays. The host was very kind and communicative with all of our questions. All of our guests/family commented on how beautiful the property is and that they had a luxurious and relaxing stay. I highly recommend this property and we need may find an excuse to visit CT to stay there again!
