Welcome Home! Enjoy our fully remodeled 3-bedroom, 3-bath home, close to Davis Monthan Air Force Base and The Loop: a 137-mile shared-use path connecting through unincorporated Pima County, Marana, Oro Valley, Tucson, and South Tucson. Located in Southeast Tucson, our home is close to I-10 making it easy to get around.

Great house
The house was really nice and clean. The beds were very comfortable. TVs were easy to use, log into your own accounts and it’ll automatically log you out when you check out. I like the walk in shower. We will definitely stay here every time we’re in Tucson.

Worked well for our needs
Stayed here with my family. We appreciated the space. Lots of room to sleep & play. The location was perfect for us as we were visiting family nearby. We enjoyed eating at the table in the backyard. And my son liked the basketball net. Great for playing hide & seek. We cooked in the kitchen. Very clean and comfortable. The one drawback was the wi-fi. Unplugging & replugging it helped sometimes, but I spent more time trying to make it work than I would have liked.

House worked out just fine, a little farther away from the courses we played than I planned but not a huge issue and probably more of a lack of attention on my end. Maybe it was noted but there is not a garage. Stocked with water, some sodas and few bottles of wine and snacks, a nice touch!

Fantastic
We highly recommend this lovely home with very accommodating host! It was exceptionally clean with a beautiful back yard. The reason for our stay was our daughter’s wedding and the host had a nice gift with a card for the wedding couple and welcoming snacks for the rest of us. Can’t say enough about this property and host! It was a fantastic vacation home and experience.

Julian Ranch Golf Trip
Julian Ranch exceeded our expectations! We had minor issues arriving at the airport, were delayed a while and arrived late. With the instructions from Jacque, we easily entered and were able to settle in. The home was immaculate and had so many amenities we didn't expect. They had snacks that were very appreciated. The kitchen was well appointed - had everything we needed! The coffee bar was awesome! I did not bring enough coffee pods and Julian Ranch had some out that filled the gap. The bedrooms were very comfortable! I have not slept that well in months. Bed linens were great - and my bed was perfect. Woke up refreshed every day!! The area had access to all the restaurants, grocery stores and golf courses - so it was an ideal location! I would recommend Julian Ranch to everyone. My communication with Jacque was prompt and clear and really enjoyed the stay. Great VRBO Host, great home, great vacation! Thank you!!!

Just Perfect
This home was just right for my wife and I on a two week stay in Tucson. The home had everything we needed. It was well stocked, very clean, with everything in good working order. When one item did quit working, the owner promptly replaced it the same day! The location was very convenient, close to I-10, so quick to all parts of the city. Highly recommend.

Family Friendly Home Away From Home
Stayed here with my husband and kids. House was clean, beds were comfy and property was easy access to where we needed to be. The kids favorite parts are the den with the bean bag chairs and the fire pit for making smores. We will definitely stay here again in the future.

This was an incredible experience the place was clean big. The owners left us some snacks for the 14 yrs old boys who were happy an excited that they were included. Also the place was beautiful, I will definitely stay here again if I ever go to Arizona again. Love it and very satisfied with how well the place was kept.

Perfect Well Stocked House
We needed a home close to the Fairgrounds and this place was perfect. Only 5 miles to the fairgrounds and a short drive to all that Tucson has to offer. The house was so clean and well stocked like I’ve never seen before. Everything we could need plus fresh lemons off the lemon tree in the backyard. Beds were comfortable and house was super clean. Nephew’s wedding
Came to Tuscon for my nephew’s wedding. Met my kids and their significant others for a long weekend. Besides being farther away from the hotel and wedding venue where other family was staying, this house suited us perfectly. We enjoyed sitting outside on the patio, and my 11-year-old loved making everyone’s morning coffee. Thankful for a wonderful weekend being with my family.

Quiet, private and pristine.
Completely remodeled older home was a wonderful alternative to a hotel stay. The kitchen was spacious, well-appointed and had a large refrigerator and freezer. Very clean, utilitarian living room. We sat outside on the back patio in the evenings - it was very quiet and private. The bedrooms and full bathrooms are upstairs (and were all beautiful). We are older so it was a little difficult to do the stairs, but this home would be absolutely perfect for a family with kids and dogs - it is a lovely base of operations for a Tucson-area stay!
