The interior will greet you with plenty of natural light, an easily accessible single-floor layout, and an upscale kitchen that will spoil the culinarily inclined. When the sun comes up, slip into your favorite bathing suit and head out to the backyard, where you will find your private oasis featuring a private pool, hot tub, and furnished patio to watch the sun go down with a glass of wine each evening. When it is time to settle down each night, the living room has a TV to stream favorite shows and comfortable sofas to kick back on. Plus, formal meals can easily be enjoyed at the accommodating dining table. If you want some privacy, the main bedroom offers a deep soaking tub to soak in peace after a full day of fun. A Pack 'n Play is available for families traveling with young kids.

Located nine miles from the heart of Tucson, you will have a sense of seclusion while still just a short drive from all the restaurants, shops, and local attractions that make this desert city so vibrant. For some fun close to home base, head over to Saguaro National Park six miles away and hike along the trails that feature the desert flora and fauna unique to the area. Tucson Mountain Park is also great for a breathtaking view of the valley. The University of Arizona is 10 miles south, and Tucson International Airport is 17 miles south.

3 days notification is required in order to heat the pool. A fee of USD 105 per day must be paid prior to check-in to purchase pool heat for your stay.


Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
