MEGA-FUN 5-bedroom villa "Woody's Roundup" on 1.67 acres of serene Arizona desert with gorgeous view of the Catalina Mountains.

Inside you'll find entertainment-galore, with a sparkling pool, bubbling jacuzzi, outdoor fire pit, BBQ grill, a spacious arcade room, and a huge 120" screen home theatre!

Situated in the stunning Catalina Foothills and minutes to golfing, food/shopping, and hiking, this home is the ultimate getaway for your Tucson desert adventure!

Gorgeous, peaceful neighborhood in the Catalina Foothills with luxury desert-style homes. Taking a stroll in this community is almost like going on a hike, with panoramic views of the mountains everywhere you look! A bypass road runs across the back of our house, but the home sits on about 1.7 acres with a lot of land between the road and the house, so it's generally not noticeable for most people : )

Guests will have access to entire home. We will send you a personalized check-in door code 1-2 days before you check-in. Doorbell camera on outside perimeter only.

——DETAILED INFORMATION——
***Pool Heating: In colder months (usually September/October through April, we can heat the pool. The pool heat fee is $65/day to heat to 80 degrees. Must be either heated or not heated for entire duration of your trip. Cannot pick and choose dates, as our heater needs time in advance to heat up before your trip).

***Pet Policy: Only dogs over 2 years old and under 35lbs allowed. Max 2 dogs. Must be potty-trained, crate-trained, and crated at night and when home alone. Non-refundable $150 pet fee.

***Please NO parties or smoking of ANY kind inside or outside our home. Quiet hours outside (in backyard and courtyard) between 9pm and 9am. No outside guests allowed. Max 14 guests including children (excluding infants under 1 year)

***Our outdoor propane fire pit and BBQ grill uses propane tanks. Guests who would like to use these are responsible for refilling the tank if empty upon arrival. Most of the time the tank will have propane inside for your use, but if empty, you can take this tank and exchange it at most local gas stations/pharmacies/grocery stores/hardware stores for roughly $25. After your stay the tank must stay on property, so any additional remaining propane is left for the next guests.

Great house for a family reunion
We rented this house for a family wedding weekend and really enjoyed the property. The little kids loved the games, the movie room and the pool/hottub. Plenty of space for gathering and the house was well furnished.

Large property nestled in the desert mountains
We rented this property to hosted a cousins reunion in our home town. The is a beautiful well-appointed home that was spacious and very comfortable. It is located the bottom of a canyon so noise from nearby traffic is noticeable but at the same time we enjoyed seeing javalina, bunnies, Prairie dogs, as well as a plethora of birds. We had no surprises because all the explanations were very clear. Communication with the host was immediate and exceptional.

Comfortable spot for a large group
Great views and amenities in the home. Appreciated that we were supplied with lots of towels including pool towels. Plenty of shampoo, trash bags, for our stay with a large group. The kids loved the game room and the pool. Adults enjoyed the views and the hot tub. Kitchen had what we needed. It is a very well used rental home and it was a little more run down than we expected, such as some damages to the walls, broken and loose things, stained carpets. I was surprised based on the booking photos and the price, but ultimately it didn’t end up bothering us since we had kids and dogs, we didn’t feel like we needed to be overly cautious during our stay. Everyone was comfortable and had a great time. The neighborhood is gorgeous and quiet. It worked out well for us.

Family get together
Property as described, property manager took care of problems quickly. We stocked kitchen utensils, big house with large rooms. Pool was small, but very enjoyable. Movie theater was nice, has 6 chairs ( one doesn’t recline). Plenty of towels, 2 washers & 2 dryers came in handy. Game room was hot this time of year, but we still played. Overall I would recommend and rebook again.

Beautiful & Relaxing
We traveled to Tucson for a wedding. The house was perfect for our family group. Bedrooms were spacious and beds were comfortable. The outdoor space was amazing. We had beautiful weather and spend the majority of our time at the house on the back patio. The kitchen was perfect and well stocked with all tons of cooking and serving needs. Overall, it was a great place to stay.

Amazing property!!
We celebrated a birthday and the 4th of July at Woody’s and loved everyone moment. Each couple hosted a day of food, the kitchen had everything we needed and more. Fantastic communication with the owners when we had questions. The home exceeded all our expectations and we hope to make this an annual trip. The pool was perfect, we made s’mores at the fire pit and played games in the game room, a perfect weekend filled with laughter and fun. Highly recommend this location!!

This house is nestled in a neighborhood where there's no fences, but the houses are separated enough by space and local "greenery" that you have plenty of privacy. The owner was responsive and informative. The facilities were plenty. There's TVs all over the place, and plenty of fun things to do around the house. There are a few maintenance items, but nothing worth complaining about.

Enjoyed our 1 week stay. We are a family of 5 with 3 boys. The house was clean and there was plenty of room for more people. The neighborhood was quiet. Great house for family gatherings with kids. The game room and home theater were a big hit with our boys. The pool was refreshing. Plenty of outdoor space in the shade overlooking the pool. As mentioned by others, the pool is small but was fine for us. Recommend this property if you are coming to Tucson with kids.

Family celebration
What a wonderful home! 13 of us met from three different states to celebrate birthdays and each other. The many games entertained all of us - from ages 5 to 75. The heated pool and hot tub were wonderful and we saw quail, roadrunners, lizards, chipmunks and so much more. We went hiking amongst the saguaros! The kitchen layout made it easy for many cooks in the kitchen. The beds were the best by far I’ve ever had in a rental. So comfortable. The only con was the pots and pans and cooking utensils. They aren’t in great shape, but that’s the way it is in most every rental I’ve been to. We also brought a folding table so we could all sit down to dinner together. A truly wonderful home to rent!

Total let down….
I felt like the home is not as nice as the pictures and the price reflected. Things needed to be brought up to a higher standard for the price. No broom available in the home to help with clean up. I felt like for the price the pool heat should have been included and the temperature put at my discrepancy . I personally have a pool and to let Littles swim at 82 degrees is not warm enough. Total waste of money to have the heat on. Hot tub needed to have some chlorine tablets available to keep it clean. The floater in the hot tub had no chlorine tablets in it. And none to be found. The projector in the theater is blurry and has a dark spot. Game room was very dark and cold. No heater available to be able to enjoy. Front door was not easy to open and close. It needed a little force to close. I didn’t use the gas barbecue. Conditions to use on that isn’t user friendly. I’m on vacation. Everything should be full and ready to use. I shouldn’t have to chase down propane for bbq and fire pit. Also, rules stated that if you were going to use too much toilet paper you should bring your own. Cookware is not in good condition. Just to name a few items……… Overall I feel like the price was way over rated for the condition of the home. Will not return.

Wonderful Woody Roundup Eha!
It all worked out very nicely. I wanted a property with a pool and ping pong table and found so much more. The games were well used and a 5, 6 and 14 year old and adults were constantly amused between the pool and games (and eating). Our biggest surprises were the views which were breathtaking and the movie theater which was awesome. I should have noted the projector, so quiet. The theater seating so comfortable. The three bathrooms worked out well, I was a bit worried, but two bathrooms open into the hall. All the bedrooms were huge. The kitchen was huge also and well stocked. The can opener needed a strong young man to open it. Ellen does warn you that the "supplies" are limited. Half of us were local and one was just minutes away from her house, so she made several trips to bring dishwasher soap and foil. I do know this is a common procedure in VRBO. So what can I say? I will say don't worry about renting Woody's Roundup.

The house and property was beautiful. Plenty of room and amenities! Great relaxation time in the pool and jacuzzi! The game room was awesome for my grandchild and the adults! We had so much fun!
