Haus in Tucson schönen NW mit Garage Eingang in Mietgebiet entfernt. Beide Schlafzimmer sind im Tagespreis enthalten. Die Zimmer sind durch ein komplettes Gemeinschaftsbad auf der Westseite des Hauses getrennt. Das größere Schlafzimmer verfügt über einen Minikühlschrank, Toaster, Mini-Mikrowelle, Kaffeemaschine, Wasserkocher und Grundgeschirr. TV im größeren Schlafzimmer mit WLAN, Kabel-Basis und HBO. Eine gesicherte Scheunentür umschließt diese Mieträume vom Rest des Hauses, in dem der Eigentümer wohnt. Viele sichere Parkplätze auf der Straße.

Nur eine 7-minütige Fahrt zum Catalina State Park, ist dieses Haus auf einer Ebene super sauber und ruhig. Es gibt ein Lebensmittelgeschäft nur die Straße hinauf, die nur 3 Autominuten entfernt ist. Mehrere Restaurants in der Nähe sowie Golfplätze, Parks und Radwege befinden sich in der Nähe.

Eine 30-minütige Fahrt von diesem nordwestlichen Wohnort in die Innenstadt von Tucson, wo es eine Fülle von Aktivitäten gibt. Das Hotel liegt eine Meile südlich des Oro Valley Recreation Centre, wo Tageskarten für $ 10 erworben werden können, um den Fitnessraum und die Pooleinrichtungen zu nutzen.

Cozy, Homey, and Super Quaint
Our host was wonderful!. They live in the main part of the house. The VRBO portion has a private entrance and is separate. It has 2 BR, 1 BA, with laundry. Small cooking area with alll gear needed to cook and eat. It included a microwave, toaster, Keurig, and bottled water jug. There are many places to sit outside and enjoy morning coffee. The location near Oro Valley was perfect for us. We really had a great stay and will likely be back when we visit again. It certainly is not the biggest space. But it is laid out smartly and has everything you need for a great stay. From Shampoo and body wash to a spice rack above the stove. IWE HIGHLY RECOMMEND STAYING HERE!

It was very clean. The hosts were helpful. It had everything you should need. They had so much for our use there was little room for our clothes. It was a little noisy with the fridge and furnace nearby but we made it work.

Perfect little space
I was traveling with my girlfriend for a short girls trip in the Tucson area and this place was perfect! Two bedroom, one bath, laundry access, and everything you need to feel at home. Clean, adorable, comfortable, and practical. The hosts were incredibly nice, quiet, and responsive. They truly thought of everything and we both really appreciated all the thought that went in to the space. I'm definitely saving this place in my phone for the next time. : )

Jeff says; "Comfortable place to stay. I enjoyed talking to the hosts, Jim and Liana, and getting to know them. Access to the amazing bike trail system was easy. I was able to bike 35 miles in two days and didn't have to transport my bike by car. Thank you for the wine, conversation and fresh laid chicken eggs". Margie says; "Linda and Jim, the living space was set up so well and you “covered” everything that we could want or need. I enjoyed the beautiful garden as I soaked up the southern sunshine. Lovely Stay in Beautiful Oro Valley.
My hiking friend and I loved the accomodation offered by Liana and Jim in their home in Oro Valley. Everything we needed and more was readily available, the accomodation was clean and attractive and has two separate bedrooms with comfortable beds. Oro Valley is a perfect location to enjoy the surrounding mountains and the property affords easy access to the Tucson loop.

Hosts were very helpful and fun. Cozy, quiet retreat in a great location. Community center and shopping/restaurants within the neighborhood. Easy access to day trips to Tucson highlights, hiking, art galleries, farmer's markets. We enjoyed visiting the San Xavier Mission and AZ Sonoran Desert Museum. Live jazz music with good food and Prickly Pear Margaritas was a nice end to an adventurous day. Lovely decor, terrific towels and bedding linens, plentiful kitchen supplies and toiletries were provided. Countertop or work surface was limited but we still enjoyed some food prep. Unseasonably cool windy weather and some rain limited our use of the outdoor spaces on the property, but didn’t damper our enjoyment.

Wonderful Place, Wonderful Hosts
We so thoroughly enjoyed our stay. In town for the Superbowl and not knowing that we'd be an hour out from the festivities, we chose this spot. The property was clean and nicely decorated. There was a shared laundry room that was so well stocked. Clean towels, soft mattresses, nice bathroom. I'm a stickler for cleanliness and I had no complaints. The outdoors area was beautiful and had a great view of the mountains. out back there are fruit trees all around. Despite all that, the highlight was the hosts. So friendly and helpful. They even shared their Superbowl snacks with us and that was great too. Would definitely stay again. 10s across the board.

Nice little rental
My daughter and I rented this property to attend a swim meet in Oro Valley. Great proximity to the aquatics center and surrounding sites. Also close to lots of restaurants and other businesses. Private entrance into rental area. Rental is pristine and has everything you need, short of a stove, to have a wonderful stay. Liana was a great host and was very responsive. Will stay again when in Oro Valley.
