This beautiful first floor condo features two master suites and sits just steps from the year-round heated pool/hot tub, gas grill and fire pit! We have two brand new leather love seats and one comfy recliner so you can enjoy the flat screen TV in the large great room. It is so comfy, you may not want to stroll out to the pool...but you should! This is our fourth unit in this building at this peaceful condo resort because we think it is the very best location in the complex. Flat screen TVs in the living room and both bedrooms, high speed internet (even reaches you at the pool!), 2 king sized beds, and everything you need to cook up a storm in the kitchen. Located in a really lovely, quiet complex in Oro Valley, that is close to miles of hiking and biking trails, many golf courses nearby, shopping, dining and gorgeous views all around. Rest assured that you will not go wrong booking with us - we are three siblings that take pride in taking care of these units ourselves. We want to make your stay easy and enjoyable from booking to check-out. You will find everything you need to enjoy a wonderful desert get-away, so just pack your swim suit or golf clubs, and start enjoying your stay!

great unit!
We really enjoyed this property. The pool is only steps away, the furnishings were all very comfortable. Unit had everything we needed. It was close to restaurants and hiking as well and had nice walking paths nearby.

A comfortable, attractive condo in a terrific location. We love being 11 minutes from Catalina State Parks hiking trails. The 4…or was it 5 TV remotes had us stumped for awhile, but a few calls to Steve helped us figure it out. It had Roku and Netflix if we set it up. Since we had 5 days of rain( in the desert!) TV was essential!

Wonderful Accommodations!
My husband, 22 year old daughter, and I had a wonderful time at this Oro Valley Condo. Communication and instructions were great. Check in flawless and stress free. The condo was very clean and comfortable for the 3 of us and would also be comfortable for 4 people. The patio looks out at the pool and hot tub area, but is far enough away that it was super quiet. We never heard anyone at the pool while we were in the condo. The kitchen and bathrooms were well appointed and had everything we needed. There were lots of really soft bath towels - way more than we needed. The beds were extremely comfortable - and I am picky about this. I slept great. We chose this location because we wanted to hike and enjoy nature in the Tuscan area. This condo is super close to the main hiking areas we wanted to visit. Additionally, the property is next to a nature preserve which has 6.2 miles of paved trails. It was a great place to go for a walk on our days off from hiking. We were there during a cold spell, but the pool and hot tub are heated year round, so we were able to still use them everyday. The condo is close to some really good restaurants. All in all, I would definitely stay at this Oro Valley condo again - in fact we tried to book another stay, but this unit was already booked during the week we requested. Next time we will plan further ahead!

IDEAL vacation spot!
Our experience at this VRBO was outstanding, the best we've had with any rentals! From start to finish, the owners were friendly, professional, flexible, and accommodating.
