Just a few blocks from the sidewalks that line the river. Quiet neighborhood, friendly, Has sidewalks. You’ll see lots of friendly people biking, and walking their dogs. Neighbors are sweet older people. This house is very centrally located and not far from any of the popular areas in Tulsa.

Guests have access to everything except owners closets.

This home is 3 bedroom, 1 full bath with an eat-in kitchen and roomy laundry room. The primary bedroom has a king size bed, dresser, smart TV and also has a large desk for working. The 2nd bedroom has a queen bed, dresser, smart TV and a comfortable rocking chair. The 3rd bedroom is on the other side of the house and down a few stairs. It has 2 twin beds, a smart TV & chair. All windows have room-darkening shades but are not black-out.
Updated bathroom is centrally located and has a large walk-in shower.
No carpet in the home. There are hardwood floors, tile and rugs.
The fully fenced backyard is very large and has a sitting area with decorative lighting.
This property has a doorbell camera that records audio and video.

Pack n Play with newly purchased bedding is located in the hall closet for your use.

Please note: A starter amount of supplies will be left for you. An extra trash bag, one extra roll of toilet paper in the bathroom, 1 extra roll of paper towels, several K-cups of coffee and some ground coffee, a small bowl of creamers and sweeteners, etc. If you are staying for more than a day or two, you will likely need to purchase more of these supplies for yourself. There is a grocery store located very conveniently close to the property and we will be happy to help you with directions if needed.
