Rest Easy! Located in Aspen Creek in Broken Arrow, this location is the perfect escape to main street America. Under two miles from historic down town broken arrow and Rose District! Private entrance through attached garage keeps you out of the Oklahoma Weather. Enjoy a wide selection of coffee and settle in to relax to a movie, or gear up on the free Wi-fi to get all your work done. Either way this property's amenities are sure to accommodate your needs!

Washer and Dryer available with detergent provided. Feel free to utilize the kitchen with cookware and cutlery provided. Various Board games, Netflix and other basic streaming services provided as well. Need fresh air? Take advantage of the backyard by grilling out or take a walk around the quiet neighborhood!

Nice little place to stay
After staying in hotels for decades for travel to the Tulsa and Broken Arrow areas, I decided on trying a Vrbo property in the area. I chose the first one that popped up and now here we are. First impressions of the duplex were ok, it was clearly an older house that has been lived in. There are a few cosmetic things that could be addressed but that is nitpicking. The house was clean and comfortable. I felt like I was staying with my grandparents when I was younger. My main complaint was the shower. The water never stopped running even after you turned it off. You could shut the bathroom door But could still hear that slight tone of water running and splashing into the tub. Lily the property manager and host was super helpful and answered all my questions when I had them. 9/10 would stay again.

Dried up dog poop under the bed
I booked this place for a few reasons. One, for its location; secondly, for the reviews this VRBO had on being cleaned; and thirdly, this place was dog friendly. I DID NOT find this house to be cleaned at all; maybe for a few things but overall this house hadn’t been deep cleaned in a long time; I felt like I was living in someone else filth. So I was shocked when I went to reread the reviews and this place was rated 9 out of 10 because this place did not feel like that. The first night after arriving and bringing in our belongings I started to put my luggage away under the bed and found dried up dog poop embedded into the carpet; I could tell that had been there for a long time. So I moved our stuff to the closet and found someone clipped toenails in between the carpet and baseboards; I could also tell nothing has been deep cleaned. All the baseboards were dirty; the walls had stuff on them and I’m not talking about dents and scrapes it was actual stuff that if you took a wet wipe, it would come off so the walls were dirty. I could tell as soon we walked in the house they were trying to cover up the smell and after a day you could tell someone was a smoker at some point. I did appreciate that this place was dog friendly and in a good location but unfortunately that’s it.

Disappointed travelers
When we arrived at the property we had not received the code. We had to contact them. They said there was a system issue. I was on the phone with the property manager while unlocking the door and let him know the house smelled of smoke. After several texts and me telling him we had allergies they brought some fabreeze and glade plug ins. The pull out sleeper sofa had a sign saying temporarly out of service. We could never find the TV remote ( not big tv watchers so not a huge deal). I did not connact the manager about the bed or remote since he sent me so many texts and was slightly rude when i complained about the smoke smell.

Great Place, Great Location, Great Host!
My sister and I stayed at Jeri's place for one night as we were passing through the Tulsa area. The home was very clean, comfortable and spacious with a nice back yard for my dog. Jeri was the epitome of the perfect host, always keeping in touch with me in a timely manner. The house is located in a safe, quiet neighborhood close to anything and everything you would need (especially Merritt's Bakery!). We would definitely stay here again.

We rented this home because it fit our needs. Mom needed to sleep in a recliner (and hotels don't have recliners) My sister and I slept in the beds. Truly enjoyed our stay. The owner was very helpful with letting us in early so mom could have her nap. The only thing I can suggest is updating the beds. Both beds really squeak.

Good pricing
We needed a place with a garage for the night being we had a packed car while moving. The house is in a good location and clean. It is old and a bit rundown. Lights and bathroom exhaust fans didn't work, etc. The worst part were the beds. An air mattress would have been more comfortable. Paper thin, old mattresses and the beds creaked with every move. Also, not the owners fault but the cleaning crew used the worst smelling cleaners and air fresheners throughout the house. I am allergic and had bad asthma issues due to the strong odors. If those things don't bother you, the place worked for an overnight stay

Visit to friends and family in Tulsa.
House was very clean and nice on interior, exterior could use some attention with dead bugs building up on back porch. Neighborhood was nice quiet lower middle class, nice for our purposes but wouldn't recommend as a vacation house. House has 2 beds, wouldn't recommend if anyone has to sleep on couch or recliner. Couch is hard as a rock and recliner goes back until you are upside down, lol. Great for a cheap place to stay.

House is in need of some TLC
The location and space of the home suited us well. We appreciated being able to pull our car into the garage and store our bikes in the garage. The mattresses in both rooms were uncomfortable. The flat pillows and polyester sheets were also uncomfortable. The bed up against the wall made it very difficult to make the bed and didn’t have a nightstand and lamp on both sides. The backyard badly needed mowed and there was no option for sitting outside. Both doors were challenging to get out. In the master bedroom, the vertical blinds wouldn’t open and in the 2nd bedroom the door wouldn’t slide easily. Also, the grill wouldn’t light. There were several holes in the walls where fixtures had been but the walls hadn’t been repaired. Also, several permanent stains and scrapes on the counters and cabinets. There were very few dishes so it was necessary to do dishes frequently. However, the kitchen wasn’t set up to be able to wash and dry dishes easily. A large bug crawling across the bedroom floor on our final night rounded out our stay in this home. The home did not lend itself to a feeling of being on vacation.

Nice house for short stay.
Clean, well kept with the most needed items on hand in good supply. Property manager is great, and she went above and beyond in her efforts to make comfortable. All in all a nice experience.
