Willkommen in der Casa Soleada, unserem Privathaus an der wunderschönen Tankah Bay. Unsere Villa ist ein großes Haus mit 4 Schlafzimmern und 4 1/2 Badezimmern auf mehreren Ebenen mit über 4000 Quadratfuß Wohnfläche, das für Komfort und Entspannung ausgelegt ist. Genießen Sie den Panoramablick auf das Meer von allen Wohnbereichen und Terrassen.

Jedes der 4 großen Schlafzimmer ist mit einem luxuriösen Kingsize-Bett, einem eigenen Bad, einem großen Kleiderschrank, einer Klimaanlage und einem Balkon mit Meerblick ausgestattet. Darüber hinaus verfügen 2 der Schlafzimmer über Etagenbetten. Es gibt einen Hausmeister vor Ort und ein täglicher Reinigungsservice sowie ein Kochservice für Frühstück und Abendessen werden 6 Tage die Woche angeboten.

Amazing house and service
We had an amazing 6 night stay at Casa Soleada. Upon arrival we were greeted by Yobany and Edith with a fresh cooked meal waiting for us. The house was in immaculate shape and even better in person than pictures. The service we had throughout our entire stay was nothing short of amazing. Continual cleaning, property maintenance and cooking. We walked the beach in both directions and determined this is the nicest and best kept single family home in the cove. The only thing worth mentioning as a caution is that there is a small commercial diving operation that operates off the property’s beach front with the boat also moored off the property. Would 100% stay again!

Wonderful house to unplug and relax!
We enjoyed a week at Casa Soleada with our family, including two young children. The house is comfortable and the property is beautiful. The private beach and pool are breathtaking and can't be beat. The location is extremely remote and we did not venture out much because of that -- and because of the beauty of the property. The staff was wonderful and kept us full and happy with their cooking and company. Would recommend for a relaxing and rejuvenating "off the grid" trip!

Paradise
Casa Soleada was the perfect fit for our family of 3 generations. Plenty of room for everyone to have their own space. We especially loved the ease of having Edith prepare our breakfast and dinner (almost) every day. Her cooking was traditional and delicious! Do not miss her avocado toast in the morning or her banana bread! The casa is older but well cared for…we loved the traditional feel of it. Sunrise was spectacular. The bay is very quiet with few people walking by … rocky so bring your water shoes. Nearby hotels were fun to stop into for lunch and we especially enjoyed Casa Cenote. Yobany, Edith and their staff were great (it was really nice to have them on the property in case we had any issues). Always felt safe, even taking a walk at night. Everyone hated to leave!

Very well maintained property
The home is right on the beach, with all bedrooms facing the shore and bathrooms in all bedrooms. It is well stocked, from kitchenware to beach toys. It is very well maintained, and kept spotless by the property caretakers every day. The access road is bad, even by Mexican standards, so expect the 1km drive from the highway to take 10 minutes at very low speed. There are several options for dining within minutes walk, and caretaker staff can cook to order in the house for decent prices. This is one of the best beach houses we've stayed in. Great location, excellent caretaker team, very clean, and well supplied with anything you would need for the stay.

We had a most fantastic rejuvenation here! We felt so nurtured and cared for. The food prepared for us was amazing and made with love. Any questions I had during the booking process were quickly responded to. It’s even more lovely than the pictures… and right on the beach. We walked the beach daily, swam, snorkeled, paddle boarded, did yoga, danced in the rain and had a blast! We will definitely be returning.

Fun relaxing week. Great location steps to the beach. Yobony and Edith were great. The food was delicious. All bedrooms had ice cold AC and made sleeping very comfortable. The rest of the home is not air conditioned, but usually not bad with the windows open and sea breeze blowing. But is did get a little stuffy and hot late in the evening when the wind died down. But overall fun enjoyable stay.

THIS PLACE IS AMAZING!!! Wonderful stay at Tankah Shores
We spent 7 wonderful days at Tankah shores! The beachfront location and area were like having a private beach to yourself. The house had everything we needed for enjoying the ocean like kayaks and paddle boards, we even found water shoes to borrow, which were great as it is a bit rocky to wade out right in front of the house. The staff were very friendly and we took advantage of the cooking services, which was such a luxury! When we didn't have them cook or feel like cooking ourselves we walked down the road to Casa Altamar and had some delicious meals. With it being a gated road to the house and Yobany and Edith living onsite we felt very safe. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

This home absolutely could not have been nicer! Huge bedrooms with air conditioning and their own bathrooms. Super comfortable beds and linens. Kitchen has everything you need to cook, make smoothies and margaritas. Large tables on front patio…one in the shade and one in the sun. Large dining table inside and another in back if it is too windy…we used all of them! We lived being spoiled with daily housekeeping and even more so, by Edith cooking wonderful meals. As with all the homes in this gorgeous area, the beach was not swimmable. We found other beaches though that were beautiful. Also, we walked down to the cenote right by a house almost every day for a swim. We would highly recommend! Oops…forgot about getting massages right on the front veranda…ahhhh!

Nothing short of amazing!!
My husband and I stayed at Casa Soleada with four other friends during the first week of February. The home was beautiful, clean and very spacious. Frank, the homeowner, was very responsive to our questions leading up to our trip. We were met with a terrific dinner our first night, freshly prepared by Edith. Yobany assisted us with arranging a boat trip to see the ruins in Tulum by sea. That trip included a stop at a Cenote and snorkeling to see sting rays and sea turtles. He also hooked us up with a private driver who took us to the Chichen Itza ruins with a private tour guide that allowed us to skip the lines. One thing we would do differently is that we would have Edith make all of our meals! We chose to eat at nearby restaurants a couple of nights. They were good but somewhat expensive. Edith prepared several breakfasts and dinners for us, as well as snacks each day. Superb!!! We HIGHLY recommend Casa Soleada for a laid-back, peaceful vacation. If you’re looking for paradise, you can stop looking. Book this home!!!

What a fantastic place!
My family of 4 (2 kids - 14, 16) and my brother's family of 5 (3 kids - 15, 18, 21) rented this beautiful home over Christmas. We had such a great time. Yobany and Edith cooking for us was awesome. They are sweet and served delicious meals EVERY TIME! If you have teens or big eaters, order more sides - the rice & beans were key at every dinner to keep kids full. The place was clean and there was plenty of space. The 2 master suites were awesome for the parents. Plenty of beds for kids. Each room had its own bathroom. Great layout for playing games at the 2 big tables outside or 1 giant table inside. The location was good - close to town and grocery store, and down the road a little ways was a cenote the kids swam in. The beach in front of the place is very nice but a bit rocky. The place has a lot of watershoes. We used the paddle boards to swim out further from the shore, or the nearby docks. We loved this place so much that we barely left. Went to the Tulum ruins - the line was insane, but a cool side trip. Go earlier. Overall no complaints! We had a great time. Thank you to Frank, and Yobany and Edith, of course!

Great holiday with our grown kiddos!
We loved the house during the trip we took with our grown kiddos and their spouses for Christmas. Yobany and Edith were great and we used our phone translation app to communicate with them since we weren’t fluent in Spanish. We had food made every day for us and it was so nice to stay home in the evenings and play games and relax. The seaweed wasn’t bad and we are so glad we brought floating lounge chairs with us because they were perfect for floating right at our beach in the shallow water! We even made a makeshift sand court and had a family smash ball tourney on our private beach the last day. If I had to find something that could have been better about our stay it would be the shower heads needing replaced. It was very hard to wash our hair after a day in the ocean and that is an easy fix with better/newer shower heads. Still not bad enough to bring the rating below 5 stars though!!! I would totally stay in this house again but I am not in a hurry to go back to Mexico because outside of the house/neighborhood it seems like so many people try to swindle you out of money somehow. It got tiring! So rent this house and stay in it as much as possible and use the host’s recommendations if you book an excursion!

Awesome stay in Tulum!
The house was clean and perfect for our stay with our family! We loved that it’s located right on the beach and eating our meals out on the patio! The cooks and were great and we loved the food! The kayaks and Sup boards were lots of fun and enough for our big group! Close drive in to Tulum! The only negative which had nothing to do with the property it self was the road getting to the house has major pot holes and is super bumpy. Overall lived our stay!!!

Great Spot!! In the middle of everything.
Short drive to Tulum and Akumal. Plenty of restaurants within walking distance of the house. Had 7 adults on staying at the property. Great choice. Lots to do. Staff was great. Would return.

Great location, beautiful house!
We loved our time at Casa Soleada. The location is perfect, the beach is beautiful, the house was spacious and comfortable. Frank was great to communicate with and Yobany and Edith were the icing on the cake. They were so helpful and friendly and the food they made was delicious!
