"The building of the hotel nice with big entrance area. Only 1 receptionist available but check in went okay. The staff that helped us to the room wasn't that friendly, as soon as I said I want to carry my own luggage he just walked ahead of us and barely waited (we arrived at night and it was very rainy so it wasn't easy to follow him) they didn't tell us where the room was, so we had to wait for the staff to be free to take us. We arrived at the room, state of the bungalow was okay, clean but still a bit old style and old furniture. There was not internet in our room (they said it was due to the rain...) and the TV in our room had no channels, and it only turns on, nothing to see. The half board option was good, for dinner and breakfast there is a wide variety of foods, meats, fish, rice, couscous, pasta etc as well as some stations where they cook in front of you. Unfortunately due to rainy weather we didn't use the outside pools, but the indoor one was warmed up and sort of full(as only swimming option) it wasn't a bug pool but was alright. They don't give you towels for the pool and it says you're not allowed to use the room towels there... Before leaving we managed to check out the beach area, with a bit of sun and it was nice (empty...) and seemed clean and nicely sized. Maybe in better weather the experience is different but for us it was just okay especially for the price."

"Das Hotel kann ich nur weiter empfehlen, von der Sauberkeit bis zum Personal hin. Es gab jeden Tag, sehr viel Auswahl an Essen. Leider liegt das Hotel außerhalb der Stadt, sodass man, wenn man Monastir erkundigen möchte auf Taxen angewiesen ist. "

"Positiv: - Große Speisenauswahl, reichhaltig, frisch (teilweise direkt vor Ort zubereitet) - Ehemaliges Steigenberger Hotel - tolle Lobby - Animationsprogramm für den wer möchte. Nicht zu aufdringlich, freundliche Animateure, abwechslungsreiches Programm - wechselndes Abendprogramm. Es war immer etwas geboten (Klaviermusik, tunesischer Abend, Tanz, Karaoke) - Schöne Außenanlage. Ausreichend Schattenplätze - freundliches Personal. Taxi zum Flughafen wurde für uns organisiert. Negativ: - Zustand der Zimmer mangelhaft. Renovierungsbedürftig. v.a. Badezimmer - Ein 5* Hotel würde generell einen besseren Zustand erwarten lassen. Poolliegen teilweise kaputt, Sonnenschirme kaputt, abgenutzte Teppichböden, abgenutzte Polstermöbel, verschlissene Poolhandtücher, ... - teilweise laute Party bis in die späten Abendstunden - unpersönlicher Check-out. Wir haben die Zimmerkarte abgegeben und dann kam nicht mehr. Kein Danke, schön, dass sie da waren, nicht mal ein 'Auf Wiedersehen' Fazit: Wir hatten eine sehr schöne erholsame Woche, die Erwartungen an ein 5* Hotel wurden aber nicht erfüllt. "

"Endlich mal ein Hilton das dem Namen gerecht wird. Modernes Hotel mit gossen Zimmern. Die Poolanlage tip top. Genügend Liegen und Sonnenschirme für alle am Pool und am Strand. Die Buffets vom feinsten. "

"Sehr schöne, gut gepflegte Anlage. Sehr freundliches Personal. Ausgezeichnetes Essen- sogar für unsere Tochter, die glutenfrei und milchfrei essen muss. Für sie wurde oft eine alternative Mahlzeit zubereitet (Brot, Pizza, Pasta, Crêpes, Mandelmilch…) besten Dank!"
