„We werent happy with our stay there. First of all we were on the third floor and the lady at the reception told us to park in the garage and use the elevator. Unfortunately the elevator was out of service. Something the last should have told us!! And it wasn't repaired in 3 days!!! Next point is, that there were dead bugs in the stairway and they weren't removed for three days!! We had a hot tub in our bathroom which was fantastic. But the window in the bathroom was so moldy that it wasn't ...

The resort has definitely seen its best days. There are holes in the walls and the whole ambience looks very worn and dingy. The cleanliness leaves a lot to be desired and it seems as if only makeshift repairs have been carried out. In addition, the building is very noisy and you can hear the conversations and actions of the neighbors live. Overall a very disappointing stay. If you are looking for peace and relaxation, this is not the place for you. Any cheap hotel is better than this 5 star fake resort. Unfortunately you can't award zero points. Avoid this resort because it is a pure rip-off and not worth the money. "
