„Overall this was a good stay, rooms were nice and clean and there was plenty of space for 10 adults to stay. However, both ovens failed to heat properly which made cooking a bit of a pain. Check in process was not great, only being able to arrive between 5-6, the owner did not respond to any prior messages. Despite this, the local area was stunning, and the house was fit for purpose and good value considering the price of other locations in the area for a group this size.“

„Lovely location, very spacious property with amazing spaces. Kitchen spacious and well equipped. Beds comfortable. bathrooms good. Great bonus as it wasn’t exactly “flaming June” was the snooker table, especially for the youngsters , there were many challenging matches! Outside facilities were great but because of the weather not uses apart from table tennis and basketball net. Plenty to see and do only a short drive away.“

„A lovely 3 night Stay in Hay on Wye. The cottage is stunning and so well located for browsing the shops, the sights and the castle and perfect to pop back and forth if needed. Very central but also very peaceful. Communication from Sue was amazing and she was really accommodating and generous throughout our stay. I would book here again in a heartbeat.“

„It was a fascinating property in a beautiful village. We stayed with friends and there was plenty of room for all of us. „House & location description bang on. It is very isolated but Tesco delivered to us so wasn't an issue.We had a big family Christmas of 26/28 & the house worked well. There is good quality bedding & all the cutlery, plates, glasses & cooking equipment needed. There are 2 x dishwashers, washing machines & tumble dryers. There is a large, main house cottage.Wifi worked pretty well considering the amount of people using it at once!Hot tub was paid for separately but we could owas ofcloudy.“
