The Space:
On the entry-level, both the living area & spacious kitchen with dishwasher adjoin the huge sun deck with a gas barbecue & outdoor meals area. One bedroom, plus bathroom & laundry are also located on this level.
Upstairs, a sitting area with 2nd television & large deck features more spectacular sea views. A further three queen bedrooms are serviced by a 3-way bathroom with shower, bathtub, and separate WC.
Guest Access:
Guests have full access to the Premises - excluding the locked store cupboards on the upper level.
On arrival; we are happy to meet you at the property on arrival (please contact us on 0408 476 150 as you pass through Moruya or Bodalla to facilitate this) OR leave keys available for you in the lock box located at the property.
The Neighborhood:
The house has spectacular views over Coila Lake and to the ocean beyond. Coogee Street is a quiet residential neighbourhood. Coila Lake is a short walk along adjoining Foam Street.
Beautiful beaches & lakes for swimming, fishing & surfing along with village shopping facilities are just a 5 minute drive from the property.
Getting Around:
Coogee Street is a quiet residential street - wide enough for parking on both sides, with natures strips allowing safe walking passage off of the road. The nearby pathway links both sides of the village!
Tuross Head is a no-thru town - as such there is very little traffic, making driving and walking in the village stress free.
Other Things to Note:
Please note, the driveway down to the level parking bay is steep.

Guest Registration and Acceptance of Terms; Upon booking confirmation you will receive an automated message containing a link to our Guest Registration & Terms Acceptance form. This form must be completed within 24 hours of booking acceptance or your booking may be canceled. The form requires you to read and accept the terms and conditions as well as provide your valid photo ID. Please contact prior to booking should you have any queries at all.
Security Deposit . A refundable guest security deposit of $500.00 applies at The Deck Tuross Head. The security deposit is held by way of a pre-authorisation against your card. The hold is placed on the day of arrival and released within 48 hours of departure unless withheld to cover any damages. Please note; this does not apply to airbnb bookings.
Guests numbers must not exceed the number of guests stated on the booking. The house has a maximum occupancy limit of 8 persons including adults & children. Additional fees apply after 4 guests.
A non-refundable booking fee of $55.00 applies to each reservation.
Large group bookings, parties or events are not accepted at The Deck. The property is non smoking internally.

Interaction with Guests:
We are Lyne Gatty Real Estate, located right here in Tuross Head. Our usual practice is to meet guests at the house on arrival and give you a brief tour of the house and its features.
Should you require any assistance during your stay we will only be a phone call away - or feel free to call into our office right here in Tuross Head.
