Diese luxuriöse Hütte liegt auf einem Hügel umgeben von 6 Hektar privaten Wäldern und Wiesen. Während diese abgelegene Hütte in die Schönheit der Berge eingebettet ist, ist es leicht zu erreichen. Es gibt keine gefährlichen Bergstraßen oder Antriebe mit blinden Serpentinen. Der Zugang ist einfach und geradlinig, so dass das ganze Jahr über leicht zu fahren ist.

Das Panorama Happiness liegt nahe dem Ocoee River und den Bergen von North Georgia. Es ist nur wenige Minuten vom Ocoee Whitewater Centre, Rafting, Kajak, Paddle Boarding, Zip Lines, Wandern, Reiten, Restaurants, Geschäfte, Geschäfte von Copperhill, McCaysville, Ducktown und nur 17 Meilen von der Innenstadt von Blue Ridge.

Mit 7 großen Schlafzimmern mit insgesamt 15 Betten und 4 Bädern eignet sich Panoramic Happiness perfekt für große Gruppen bis zu 22 Personen. Es ist behindertengerecht mit einer breiten Badezimmertür und Haltegriff in der Badewanne. Es hat eine Rampe am Eingang, damit der Rollstuhl leicht hineinkommt.

Amazing stay
There were 23 of us that stayed at the Panoramic Happiness in Turtletown. The cabin was spacious and the kitchen was stocked with plenty of pots pans and utensils. They had plenty of spices and paper goods to last a few days. The view from the porch is speculator. One of the most beautiful skies I’ve seen. We loved having a big yard to play corn hole, baseball and have a fire at night. The downstairs was a hit with the kids. They had pool table, foosball and table tennis. Jason was very responsive and accommodating. If you have a big group you can’t go wrong with this cabin.

A wonderfully fun-filled weekend!
This was a surprise weekend for my husband's 50th birthday with friends and family, all coming from a ways away. We went ziplining and rafting, and this rental was a treat to come back to. Jason was very accommodating and quick to respond. One of the best rental managers I've come across. The house was an amazing size for everyone; no one felt they were on top of anyone. Place was clean, well maintained, and had everything we all needed. Everyone had a wonderful time, and if we ever plan another big get-together like this even remotely close to this location, this rental will be the go-to for sure!

We can't say enough great things about this cabin. We planned a small wedding here based solely on the listing photos and we were not disappointed. The cabin looks just like the photos but it is even more breathtaking in person. This cabin has so much space and comes fully stocked with just about everything you need. Loved the house! We were a motorcycle group of 8 motorcycles (12 people). The house was great with lots of room. Very easy for a large group to gather in. The bedrooms were very adequate, and comfortable. Very nice to be able to pull our motorcycles inside the large carport. Large kitchen was well stocked with pots and pans and dishes! Beautiful view! Bonus hot tub!!! The area has fantastic roads to ride and see! We would love to come back! Thanks for sharing your house with us!

Great property. I would suggest having an exterminator to spray. site of roaches in the basement and the kitchen cabinets. Very large black spider in the basement bathroom so no one wanted to sleep down there. Although we were told about the stove, it was a bit frustrating because even the bottom didnt heat properly. May be time for a new one and also the couch. Please let the house keeper know to move furniture to properly clean. (under couch). Possibly a return cabin

Another great rafting weekend
Returned to Jason’s place again for our yearly rafting trip. Raft the Ocoee, tube the Hiwassee, play a little golf and relax. Great central location to our outfitter RaftOne. The new deck addition is great. More room to spread out outside. Home was well appointed as usual. Great kitchen and recreation area in the basement. Pool, cards, ping pong… back again next year!

Panoramic Happiness is a beautiful place for people seeking a retreat for their family. We had our family reunion here and it was just what the doctored ordered. The scenery is truly amazing, and we loved the dining, bedrooms and entertainment center. Plenty of room for Ultimate Frisbee in the front yard, and a spot for a family bonfire in the back. Near Ocoee whitewater outfitters—5 out of 5!

Absolutely Breathtaking
This house was truly amazing, the views take your breath away. We had 20 people in the house and there was plenty of room for everyone. We had some bad weather while there but still had an amazing time. It's about 11 minutes from the Tennessee/Georgia border, that has lots of shopping and food. It's about 24 minutes from downtown Blue Ridge. We had so many fun adventures while in the area. I would defiantly recommend this house.

The cabin was huge! Plenty of room to spread out outside and inside! We really enjoyed the fire pit and all the chairs ! The large open living room area with massive windows of the Mountain View was breathtaking! For the most part everything was well stocked ! We read the other reviews before we left and some things were still the same or not fixed from previous reviews. Such as the downstairs tv in the game room the power stip was not working. The Wii game system wouldn’t hook up! Batteries in remotes were dead. The fireplace downstairs was an issue the remote wouldnt work it so you had to manually turn on and off and it was hit or miss if it would stay on or not! The stove there was only two eyes that worked and the top oven door wouldn’t open! Several light bulbs out all over the property! We had one issue with the hot tub it was in sleep mode and we messenger the owners and they were very quick to respond with troubleshooting and we got it working ! But it wouldn’t be easier if the troubleshooting was already there or accessible. Plenty of pans and pots . Missing cookie sheets there was very few of them or glass pans . The sunroom was great to be inside while still taking in the view. for the price and privacy this was a great place . Despite the few issues we had nothing would stop us from rebooking this place . Owners were great to work with and the house was spotless clean beds were all great and clean and bathrooms were great! .
