Wir lieben die Lage! Viele Sehenswürdigkeiten, Spas und Restaurants sind zu Fuß erreichbar Das Frühstücksbuffet war gut! Tolle Auswahl… Unser Zimmer war sauber und komfortabel. Die Angestellten sind alle nett und respektvoll Wir kommen gerne wieder und werden auf jeden Fall wieder hier übernachten!

Very nice and friendly service

We only stayed there for one night as we wanted to use the hotel as a stopover on our way from Halong Bay to Phu Quoc Island and were pleasantly surprised! The hotel is wonderfully located between Train Street and the Old Quarter. The staff were super nice, the food in the Olivine restaurant was a dream and our room was very nice! We can only recommend the hotel and regret that we could only spend one day there.

The Whole stay was wonderful, Khanh (Bee) & Hoa (Mollie) from the Reception were so Kind with their Support they offered us in Terms of Food recommendations and how they Treated us from the First second to name a few, it was one of the most precious stays we had. Location: The Hotel is super well Located near Hoan Kiem lake (maybe 8 min from the hotel), a Convenience store right in front of the Hotel and next to it a TP bank ATM (no fees charged) what makes it super practical for everything around your stay. Food/Breakfast: the Breakfast/Food was super nice, from more local to western styled food you can find a lot. If you have food allergies feel free to communicate this with the Staff, they take everything seriously (they made Gluten free bread as one of us have celiac disease) and try to make happen everything in their Power. Housekeeping: the Housekeeping staff is super well and extremely kind, our rooms were cleaned everyday and we were contacted via WhatsApp in case they had requests about something or while we had don’t disturb signs on, what felt very practical as it’s more chill than ringing the doorbell. Additionally they repaired for us a Trouser were we had an open seam free of charge within minutes. Staff: overall the Whole Staff is ultra Kind (Everyone), it’s almost heartbreaking that we’re leaving so early as it felt very much like a Family, with so much kindness they made our Stay memorable and unforgettable.
