„Spacious and clean with great views. The sandy swimming beach is fabulous! Host was responsive to all communication. They have a dock and we were able to utilize it for our rented pontoon. Slept 12 comfortably.“

„The house is absolutely immaculate and the location is amazing! Just a short 15 minute drive from Houghton, the house is away from town but close enough to take a short ride in for some entertainment. We brought our two dogs along with us and we all enjoyed walking/running on the beach and splashing in the water. The beach is beautiful and very swim friendly. The house has all the amenities and lots of space! We enjoyed the house and the beach and definitely plan on coming back!“

„This was a modest cottage that fit the needs of our family very well! We traveled with 2 tddlers, and we loved that this place had kid-friendly books, toys, and amenities that made our packing list a lot shorter. „We have been coming to the area a lot since our son has started at MTU. The stay in South Range was one of the best. The property was ideal for the group we had with us (no stairs - ranch style home). It was convenient, close to and centered on all the areas we wanted to see and things we wanted to do. „We stayed here while in town for our daughter’s wedding. The reception was right across the street at the Fire Hall. Obviously the location couldn’t have been any better! We had our 7 mo old grandson also and when he was fussy we had plenty of space to push him around in his stroller. Vern was a great host, very quick to respond to questions!“

„We were in the area to visit family and friends. The cabins were central to the area and allowed us to try something new. They are located in a very quite area with several cabins located adjacent. The weather was nice enough to have only the screens in the window to enjoy the weather. The host for the campground came to greet us when we arrived and made sure we knew about cabin and how to use items within the cabin. If you have the chance go and visit.“

„We really enjoyed our stay here. We brought a side by side and the house was conveniently located right on the trail system. The owner was very helpful and kind, it was super clean and felt like a real home. They had lots of brochures for things to do available, clear instructions on how to do things and everything was comfortable. “

„The outside of the building doesn’t represent how the place is on the inside. It’s a nice clean and well taken care of apartment that was comfy to stay in. Relatively quiet just noisy cars driving by at night. Very nice place to stay and a not very far from Houghton so it’s definitely a place I’d revisit.“
