Die Wohnung mit einem Schlafzimmer befindet sich in der Savannah Beach und Racquet Club, die 3 Tennisplätze (eine beleuchtet) für Ihren Genuss hat. Der Komplex verfügt über einen Swimmingpool mit Blick auf die Mündung des Savannah River und des Atlantischen Ozeans. Die Wohnung hat eine Wasseransicht, und man kann oft Garnelenboote und Ozean Frachtschiffe sehen. Es gibt Aufzüge und es gibt Wäscherei für die Mieter zu benutzen. Das Gerät ist neu renoviert und alles ist in Ordnung.

Der Savannah Beach und Racquet Club ist gut gepflegt, und ständig Aufmerksamkeit wird auf den Unterhalt gelegt. Der Strand ist sehr nah, ca. 30 Meter von der Anlage entfernt. Man sieht, dass die Delphine in der Nähe der
Ufer auf einer regelmäßigen Basis. Diese erschwingliche Wohnung mieten wird Ihnen eine Basis, um das niedrige Land zu besuchen, und die historischen Gebiete wie Savannah, Beaufort und Charleston. Die Wohnung hat eine Sammlung von Filmen für Ihre Betrachtung, und es hat auch einen DVD-Player und kostenlosen WiFi-Zugang in der Wohnung, um den Pool und in den Eigentumswohnungen Büros.

Bed was hard. Pull out sofa you roll to the middle when you lay down & hard to get out . The pool was so dirty they had to shut it down to clean it so need less to say we lost our last day at the pool.

this unit was clean, cute, nicely decorated!!! loved everything about it!!! unfortunately having a teen who likes the waves, this location wasn't the best as the ocean in front of the property was calm with no waves. If you like serene and peaceful water, this is def the place for you:)

We had a great stay at this little place. We didnt spend much time in the room. The only thing i could suggest is directions on how to work the TV. It was a little confusing but we got it all figured out. Would definitely stay here again for a short visit to Tybee.

Great Beach Vacation
The pool and beach were the highlight of the unit. We were disappointed with some things inside the unit, we emailed Tybee Beach Vacation Rentals and they came and fixed most of the items that day. The last night I found a cockroach and trapped it with a cup, I left a note on the floor by it for the cleaning people fot the next day.

Outdated hostel room for two
2nd floor apt that looks out to parking lot. Small ocean view if standing on balcony. Very dated interior. No cover on kitchen light. Artificial plants covered in dust. Had to reset bathroom breaker in the middle of the night. Bed was like sleeping on plywood. Pillows need replacing.

Enjoyed another great vacation in Tybee. SBRC is a perfect location right on north beach. Watched ships and dolphin from the balcony. I travel alone and always feel safe here. Easy to walk to shops and restaurants.

Overall Completely Satisfactory
We had a great stay at this property. The check-in process was quick and painless and they spared no effort to get us to the property smoothly with no hitches. There are a few things we discovered that are not necessarily listed, but NONE OF THESE WERE DEALBREAKERS. They just aren't necessarily apparent by the listing. 1. The property is on North Beach at Tybee, which is gorgeous, but for our rambunctious teens we still had to drive to the other beach for bigger waves. We LOVED early morning walks on North beach though so no complaints, it's just not clear in the listing if that matters to you. 2. The property managers seem a little overly concerned with parking, as you had to have a badge to get into the gate AND a parking pass in the window. We got multiple admonishments for not having our parking pass in the window even though we obviously had to have a badge to get in. 3. This one matters if you need an elevator (we did not, but many would). Determine where that elevator is before you park/choose your unit. They are only accessible on one side of the building so that will matter for your convenience. Again, none of these were dealbreakers for us, a family with two adults and two teens, and we had a wonderful stay. These were just things we felt like other people might need to know for their stay. The property, pool, beach, and room itself were all nicely kept and clean, and the people friendly and helpful. Thank you for a great time!

The badroom was a little to small. No closet and no nightstand lamps. But it's just a small issues I could live with it. The biggest issue was that air conditions station under the apartment. 6 orders 8 air condition makes so much noise and vibration that I couldn't sleep at night.

Loved the location. Could walk to shopping and restaurants. Every evening saw beautiful sunsets. Lots if cargo ship traffic and dolphins playing. Condo met all my needs as I did not cook the week I was there. Full size refrigerator was nice to have. Bed was very comfortable but may be small for 2.

Disappointed
Don't be impressed by the terms "gated community" and tennis "club." The property is not upscale. It was dark, and dated. The bathroom was small, and wasn't cleaned throughly. Check in consisted of finding an envelope with my name on it, placed in a box by the office door! Inside was a "key" with a number written on it that did not match up with the unit I rented. Phone calls went right to voice mail; a response came later. Much later. Not a personal touch at all. I suggest you stay somplace else.

Love this location!
This location is great for easy beach access, on site pool and walking to our favorite restaurant - Huck-a-poos! Would have liked some nicer sheets, more blankets and pillows....What was there was limited, I would recommend bringing your own in the future! Over all it was a perfect weekend getaway!
